    About the Role:

    We are looking for a Head of Sales who will become the first sales leader at EpicClips and take full ownership of client growth and the sales of all company products and services.

    This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role: you will build the sales process from scratch, work directly with clients, and gradually build your own sales team.

     

    Key responsibilities

    • Selling EpicClips services and our SaaS solutions.
    • Selling additional company products as they are launched.
    • Building, maintaining, and continuously expanding the client base.
    • Managing the full B2B sales cycle: lead generation → first contact → demo → negotiations → deal closure.
    • Building long-term client relationships and developing strategic partnerships.
    • Working with international clients: tournament operators, broadcasters, esports and sports teams, studios, and media companies.
    • Collaborating closely with production and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
    • Gathering client feedback and contributing to product development.

     

    Requirements

    • Conversational English — B1/B2 level.

      Part of the interview process will be conducted in English.

    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS / tech / media.
    • Strong ability to present a product and clearly communicate its value.
    • Proven experience in negotiations and deal closing.
    • Strong client relationship and partnership development skills.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and ready to take ownership of results.
