We are looking for:

• A designer passionate about esports, with 2+ years of experience in web and graphic design.
• A team player with strong skills in Figma and a solid portfolio of websites, YouTube thumbnails, and presentations.
• A professional eager to transform exciting gaming moments into a visual wow-effect for millions of fans.

Responsibilities:

• Improve and further develop the corporate website: UX audits, design of new sections.
• Create thumbnails for official YouTube channels in esports disciplines (CS2, Dota 2, Valorant, etc.) and test their performance.
• Design presentations (sales decks, partnership pitches, reports) while maintaining a consistent visual style.
• Support brand guidelines and identity, collaborating with the development, marketing, and video production teams.
   

Requirements:

• Portfolio with examples of:

  -  commercial web projects;

  - YouTube thumbnails or other marketing materials (a strong plus);

  - presentations / slide decks.

• Experience designing UX flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems, Adobe XD).
• Solid skills in 2D tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator (basic 3D knowledge, e.g., Blender, is a plus).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for collaboration with developers.
• Analytical mindset and ability to incorporate feedback into design decisions.
• English proficiency for client communication (preferred).
• Experience in esports projects and understanding of YouTube analytics would be a plus.
