Now we’re looking for a Middle Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI-Marketing Internal Platform team, developing the MVP (0-core + Block B) — a foundation for automated content workflows, publishing bots, and analytics dashboards.

🎯 Job Description
Your mission will be to build and optimize the first MVP features under the guidance of a Senior Engineer.
You’ll work across front-end, back-end, and integrations to connect Beehiiv, Ghost, and social platforms into a seamless, data-driven publishing ecosystem.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, testable front- and back-end code for internal console and integrations.
• Implement Playwright scenarios (headful, selectors, retries/backoff, screenshots/HAR).
• Extend Ghost Admin API (drafts, approvals, publishing, SEO metadata).
• Build and configure n8n flows for social posting (LinkedIn, X, Threads, Instagram) with UTM tracking.
• Work with BullMQ queues/schedulers, logging, metrics, and basic alerting.
• Participate in code reviews, and write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

⚙️ Tech Stack

• Back-end: Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI), Redis (BullMQ), Postgres
• Front-end: React + Tailwind
• Automation: Playwright (Required)
• Integrations: Ghost Admin API, n8n (+ Beehiiv knowledge is a plus)
• Infrastructure: Docker, basic CI/CD; Grafana/Loki as a plus

📌 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience (full-stack or back-heavy with integrations).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) or Python (FastAPI).
• Proven Playwright/Puppeteer experience for complex interaction scenarios.
• Understanding of REST, webhooks, retry/error handling, basic Redis/Postgres operations.
• English — Intermediate +.

🎯 KPI 30/60/90
30 days: Initial Playwright scenes (login/draft), UI approve screens, basic endpoints.
60 days: Ghost publish chain, Beehiiv UI bot v1 (create/update posts), n8n flows for 1–2 social channels.
90 days: Stabilization (retry/backoff), metrics/logging, UI p95 < 400 ms on core screens.

🎯 Job Description

As a Senior Content Talent Manager, you’ll own and scale our writer ecosystem with a strong focus on US-based freelance talent.

This role is not about coordination — it’s about full ownership. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and managing a bench of professional writers who consistently deliver high-quality content at scale.

You’ll set quality standards, enforce delivery rules, and ensure writers are reliable, accountable, and paid accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with Content Operations and Project Management, acting as the single point of accountability for writer performance, capacity, and reliability across the business.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Writer Recruitment & Ownership

• Source, vet, and onboard high-quality freelance writers (primarily US-based)
• Build and maintain a scalable, reliable writer pipeline

• Set clear expectations, quality standards, and delivery rules

   

Content Execution & Performance

• Match writers to newsletters based on subject-matter expertise and writing style
• Assign topics, manage deadlines, and ensure consistent on-time delivery

• Review performance, give direct feedback, and remove underperformers quickly

   

Operations & Accountability

• Track deliverables, availability, and capacity across all writers
• Ensure accurate and timely payments, contracts, and admin processes

• Identify talent gaps early and proactively recruit to fill them

   

Reporting & Improvement

• Report on writer performance, risks, and capacity to leadership
• Continuously improve workflows, briefs, onboarding, and quality standards

• Proven experience managing freelance or remote writers, including US-based talent
• Strong understanding of US content standards, tone, and editorial expectations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong editorial judgment and high content-quality standards
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Confidence handling contracts, invoices, and payment workflows
• English level: C1 (required)

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you’ll be responsible for building and owning the data, tracking, and analytics foundation for a large and rapidly scaling portfolio of newsletters.

This role is critical to ensuring our analytics stack is accurate, scalable, and automation-ready across 100+ newsletters. You’ll work not only with dashboards and reporting, but also with data pipelines, APIs, cloud tools, and AI-driven workflows to support performance, growth, and monetization decisions.

You should think like a marketer, build like a data engineer, and act like an owner. This role has a clear growth path toward building and leading an analytics/data team as our data complexity grows.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems (Looker Studio or similar BI tools)

• Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines (Google Sheets, BigQuery, APIs, Python scripts)

• Track, analyze, and report key marketing, growth, and audience performance metrics

• Identify anomalies, data inconsistencies, or tracking issues at early stages

• Review, QA, and approve all outgoing content before sending

Monetization & Advertising Optimization

Scaling & Team Collaboration
