WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own end-to-end solution delivery on the assigned account(s)

• For the top management and client - act as a single point of responsibility over any delivery related matters, including escalations, upsells, ramp-downs, etc

• Accountable for the technical leadership regarding the delivery. Ensuring a sound and future-proof architecture is planned and the implementation meets the technical quality standards

• Coordinate between multiple disciplines, stakeholders

• Establish and manage long-term partnerships with the client(s)

• Address client(s) issues and identify and manage engagement risks

• Make sure that the customer executes their responsibilities on the engagements

• Build up delivery plan along with estimations on timeframes, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully deliver projects

• Establish a strategy of continuous delivery risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout the delivery life cycle

• Support sales activities; participate in bid process, provide technical and management expertise to win bids

• Actively contribute in EPAM-wide delivery management community

REQUIREMENTS

• Practical experience in delivering projects in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence. Familiar with relevant technological solutions, industry best practices

• Good understanding of data engineering challenges and proven experience with data platform engineering (batch and streaming, ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, consumption)

• At least 5 years of experience in gathering and understanding customer business requirements to introduce Big Data technologies

• Familiar with multiple Big Data technology stacks (e.g. Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka, etc)

• Experience with data visualization, aware of various tools, technologies

• Good understanding of classical analytics methods; including relevant theories

• Good understanding of various delivery approaches, well versed in agile

• High degree of comfort to present both to large or small audiences

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define and design efficient data schema and pipelines
• Perform ETL implementation, including transformations and data insertion into tables for analytics purposes
• Provide expertise in data warehousing and analytics to ensure optimized data structures
• Work on both the architectural design and actual system building
• Contribute to the development and implementation of data strategies and solutions
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of data solutions for analytical purposes

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Software Architect
• Expertise in SQL and Snowflake
• Proven experience in designing star or snowflake schemas for data warehousing and analytics
• Proficiency in data modeling and experience in cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English with a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Previous experience with a BI tool, especially Domo, is advantageous
• Familiarity with MongoDB is a valuable addition

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Architect integrations with Azure and other cloud services, adhering to the company’s architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into solution architecture design documents and technical diagrams.
• Provide strategic technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and best practices, particularly within the Financial Services sector.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party systems and solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (4+ years) as a Solution Architect, with a strong delivery record.
• Excellent communication and consultancy skills
• Diagramming and software architectures documents experience (SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, UML, etc.)
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, especially Sales and Customer Service, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong proficiency in Azure services, particularly in AI, automation, and integration.
• Experience implementing CI/CD practices and DevOps tools at scale.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodology and frameworks.
• Experience in the Financial Services domain, with knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Work closely with sales, delivery, and expert teams to align client needs with data-driven solutions, effectively connecting business challenges to our offerings
• Own the end-to-end presales process, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, demos, and client presentations
• Lead workshops and meetings with clients to gather business objectives and technical requirements, ensuring alignment between client goals and our solutions
• Architect tailored data solutions, encompassing cloud-native platforms, data integration, advanced analytics, and AI/ML models, to provide actionable business insights
• Develop competitive proposals, pricing models, and value propositions to successfully close opportunities and secure engagements
• Stay updated on emerging trends in Data & Analytics, Cloud, and AI, providing strategic advice to clients and supporting innovation within the practice
• Contribute to the development of reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies to drive operational efficiency
• Act as a mentor and knowledge-sharer across the team, supporting skill-building and best practice dissemination.

QUALIFICATIONS  

• Extensive experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting, with a focus on Data/AI technologies and related business use cases
• Strong technical knowledge of data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP Data Services), ETL processes, data modeling, BI tools, and data visualization frameworks (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with data science techniques and proficiency in analyzing client needs to align with technical solutions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly narratives
• Proven track record in engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering impactful presentations or pitches
• Experience in creating detailed proposals, RFP responses, and pricing/engagement models for data-related services or projects
• Understanding of strategic consulting principles and the ability to develop future-state recommendations and roadmaps for client success

Requirements

• Practical experience in delivering projects in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, LLM
• Knowledge of corresponding technological solutions and industry best practices
• Good understanding of data engineering challenges and proven experience with data platform engineering (batch and streaming, ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, consumption)

• Ведення presale та консалтингової діяльності для клієнтів компанії щодо можливих технічних рішень
• Розробка проєктних рішеннь та їхня валідація з клієнтами (технічне рішення, строки виконання, склад команди розробки тощо)
• Планування та управління discovery фазою проєкту, проведення kick-off сесій, технічне консультування при перенесенні проєкта у стадію розробки
• Співпраця на рівні глобальної Дата практики EPAM з архітекторами рішень, технічними лідерами при розробці архітектури проєкту, що відповідає стратегічним потребам бізнесу

QUALIFICATIONS  

• 3+ років досвіду у ролі Архітектора Дата рішень
• 2+ роки досвіду ведення presale діяльності з клієнтами
• Практичний досвід роботи з AWS або Azure або GCP
• Знання BI, ETL, Cloud Data platforms, legacy Data platforms (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2)
• Досвід участі у проєктах по розробці end-to-end рішень у якості Tехнічного консультанта або Архітектора чи Менеджера проєктів
• Здатність керувати очікуваннями клієнтів та презентувати рішення стейкхолдерам
