We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join our dynamic team and lead the development of engaging and innovative slot games. Your expertise will help create captivating user experiences that drive player engagement and strengthen our brand in the competitive gambling market.

About you:
— Advanced understanding of the video slot igaming market, its current trends, and successful games
— Portfolio of released video slot games
— Strong passion and proven experience creating casino games for the real money gaming market
— Good intuition of video slot game math and experience in creating concepts with a game Mathematician
— Intuition for player behavior and understanding of what makes video slot games engaging and enjoyable
— Motivation and leadership skills to spark passion and challenge the teams to build the best product in a hybrid work environment
— Highly independent and self-sufficient with a can-do attitude
— Ability and passion to quickly prototype and refine rough concepts with the team
— Skills to prioritize tasks to make sure important things get built at the right time
— Upper-intermadiate level of spoken and written English

Will be a plus:
— Familiarity with an agile environment, open-minded to transformations that work for our business and not simply go by the book
— Experience in collaborating with Marketing, Account Management, and Sales teams to ensure strong launch and promotion of your products
— Ability to work with multiple projects on different stages at the same time
— Practical experience with workflow management tools (Jira), and collaboration software (Confluence, Miro)

 

What goals will you have?:
— Create successful video slot games for the real money gaming market with a full stack agile team (math, art, design, sound, and engineering roles)

— Define, communicate, and drive the product vision to Math, Art, Sound, Developer, and other roles

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced VFX Artist to join our creative team.

About you:
— Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine, especially the Niagara VFX system
— Solid understanding of particle systems, physics-based simulations, lighting, and post-processing effects
— Experience with shader development and material creation in Unreal Engine
— Familiarity with game development pipelines and performance optimization
— Knowledge of 3D software such as Maya, Blender, or Houdini is a plus
— Artistic eye for motion, color, composition, and timing
— Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
— Good written and spoken English

Responsibilities:
— Design and develop high-quality real-time visual effects using Unreal Engine’s Niagara and Cascade systems
— Collaborate closely with the art director, designers, and UE developer to bring the visual vision of a project to life
— Optimize VFX assets for performance while maintaining visual quality across various platforms
— Create shaders and materials using Unreal Engine’s Material Editor to support complex VFX systems
— Integrate VFX into game environments, ensuring seamless interaction with characters and gameplay elements
— Iterate based on feedback from team members, balancing artistic vision and technical limitations
— Maintain documentation for workflows, tools, and best practices

About you:
— Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
— Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
— English level Intermediate+ (written and spoken)
— Confident PC user with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
— Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
— High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
— Customer-oriented with clear and professional communication skills

Nice to have:
— Experience working with Jira
— Experience using Browser Developer Tools (Network, Console, basic request analysis)
— Experience in the iGaming / gambling industry
— Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Google Cloud or similar)
— Experience working with an admin panel
— Experience monitoring production systems and handling escalations

What you will do:
— Respond to support requests quickly and professionally
— Monitor platform performance and traffic using monitoring dashboards, detect abnormal behavior, and escalate issues to the responsible teams
Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by operators and internal teams using logs and an admin panel
— Communicate with internal teams during issue investigation and resolution
— Monitor player chats and identify and resolve issues if they occur
— Monitor the stability and availability of the production environment 24/7 (12-hour shifts)
— Report bugs, malfunctions, and unexpected system behavior with clear descriptions and context
