Are you an SEO expert passionate about driving organic traffic?

We’re Enflow Digital, a boutique email and SMS marketing agency helping eCommerce brands scale through retention marketing. We’re looking for a part-time SEO Manager (20 hours per week) to grow our agency’s organic traffic through on-page and off-page SEO strategies. If you have a strong SEO background and a results-driven mindset, we want to hear from you.
 

What You’ll Do

• SEO Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Content Optimization – Ensure our website content is fully optimized for SEO, including keyword research, meta tags, and internal linking.
• Link Building & Outreach – Manage and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and rankings.
• SEO Audits & Reporting – Conduct regular SEO audits, track performance, and provide actionable insights for growth.
• Growth Initiatives – Identify and implement new opportunities to improve search visibility and drive more leads.
   

What We Expect From You

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or B2B setting
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices
• Experience in link building and outreach
• Ability to analyze SEO data and provide strategic recommendations
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
   

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with content marketing and blogging
• Knowledge of technical SEO and website optimization
• Prior experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or outbound sales
