Your stack and experience

• Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript. Python is a plus
• React, Next.js or Vue/Svetle (just in case)
• PostgreSQL is a king. Other DB experience is always welcome
• Kafka, Redis and event-driven architectures
• AWS, GCP or Azure. Fly.io, Render and Cloudflare is also fun

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer who thrives in an innovative environment, embraces a startup mindset, and is eager to leverage cutting-edge technology and AI-driven methodologies.

What You'll Do:

• Own our UX, creating intuitive, engaging, and joyful B2B user experiences.
• Collaborate closely inside our product team, including product management and engineering, to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate design concepts.
• Create component systems that scale with our growth.
• Champion a mobile-first, responsive, and screen-agnostic design strategy that ensures seamless user experiences across all devices.
• Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Integrate AI tools and processes into the design workflow, accelerating ideation, prototyping, and validation cycles.
• Information Architecture Excellence: Develop comprehensive frameworks that define the hierarchy, navigation, and interactions of our platform. Structure complex data in ways that make it accessible and actionable while optimizing user flows and navigation for seamless task completion.
• B2B UX Specialization: Apply deep knowledge of B2B UX patterns to design interfaces tailored for enterprise users. Translate complex regulatory compliance processes into intuitive workflows while addressing challenges unique to professional environments.
• Form Design Expertise: Design efficient and user-friendly forms for capturing detailed data. Implement progressive disclosure techniques to reduce cognitive load, optimize form validation systems, and ensure responsive designs for field use across devices.

• You have a compelling portfolio demonstrating successful projects and showcasing information architecture work, complex form design, and B2B UX patterns.
• You ship beautiful interfaces without needing someone to hold your hand.
• You have strong opinions about both UX patterns and code architecture.
• You're obsessed with the details that make great products feel magical.
• You have hands-on experience with Figma and modern design tools, including familiarity with AI-assisted design processes.
• You know how to design with systems thinking, creating scalable design systems and component libraries.
