What you’ll be working on:

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily.
• Launch new tests to scale overall spend.
• Meet the target for ad spend growth & ROAS.
• Communicate the results and bottlenecks with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the team to generate new growth ideas.
• Hold regular calls with the Google Ads support team.
• Regularly conduct market research and find growth opportunities.

About you:

• At least 2 years of experience working with Google Ads.
• Experience in working with Search + at least one other type of campaign successfully.
• Google search — experience launching from scratch, scaling, and optimizing campaigns.
• Performance Max / Demand Gen / GDN — experience in optimization and finding positive unit economy on automated Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong skills in technical integration, understanding of attribution.
• Experience scaling the product from 0 to $100k+ monthly.
• Strong communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous learning and ethical standards.
• English — Upper-Intermediate level.

• Develop new and existing features, work on optimization for the best performance, and improve all areas of our product.
• Design reusable components and innovative approaches to support and elevate the work of fellow developers.
• Contribute to “Backlog grooming and estimations” to help the team effectively plan the work.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our product remains innovative.
• Collaborate with Product, Art, QA, and Customer Support teams to ensure the success of a product.

About you

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Unity Developer.
• Deep expertise in Unity and the C# programming language.
• Excellent grasp of OOP concepts and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience with dependency injection frameworks such as StrangeIoC and Zenject.
• Proven experience developing client-server mobile applications.
• Experience with third-party plugins and API integration.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and reliable.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
