We’re looking for a PR & Communications Manager who will build Enable3’s public presence from the ground up, shaping how the market sees us, creating strategic content, and driving relationships with media, partners, and community leaders.

This role combines PR, content strategy, thought leadership, media relations, and event communications.

Main requirements

• 2+ years of experience in PR, communications, or content roles within B2B SaaS, tech, fintech or martech industries.
• Strong storytelling skills: be able to translate technical features into simple value-driven narratives.
• Experience pitching journalists and securing coverage.
• Experience planning and managing events, webinars, campaigns, or co-branded initiatives.
• A proactive, self-directed mindset. Thrives in a startup environment that values speed, experimentation, and high ownership.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bonus: familiarity with web3, loyalty, gamification, customer engagement, or mobile growth ecosystems.
   

Main responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with business, tech, fintech, mobile app, and Web3 media.
• Develop a PR pipeline: press releases, founder interviews, product announcements, feature stories.
• Pitch Enable3 as a thought leader in loyalty, gamification, and user engagement.
• Secure mentions in newsletters, blogs, industry digests.
• Manage Enable3’s presence in global startup directories, award listings, rankings.
• Support blog content with PR-ready angles: case studies, expert commentary, frameworks, data stories.
• Plan and run Enable3 webinars for product managers, marketers, game studios, and fintech companies.
• Identify and negotiate content partnerships with marketing leaders, product experts, tech companies, MarTech tools.
• Manage Enable3’s organic social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, optionally Facebook, X/Twitter and YouTube)
• Ensure consistent messaging across website, pitch decks, landing pages, and social.

We’re looking for an Account Manager with B2B experience to work with a platform that helps digital products retain and engage users through loyalty programs, gamified missions, and token-based rewards.

Main requirements

• 3+ years as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (5–15)
• Hands-on experience launching clients end-to-end: onboarding → configuration → production
• Solid understanding of web and mobile application architecture
• Confident working knowledge of: REST APIs (endpoints, events, callbacks, webhooks), Client–server interactions, Databases (entities, relations, event-based logic)
• Experience with analytics and BI tools: Tableau (or equivalents: Looker, Power BI, Metabase)
• Comfortable working with admin panels and no-code tools
• Understanding of loyalty, gamification, and retention mechanics
• Ability to select and adapt loyalty mechanisms based on client business goals
• Experience working with solution catalogs, templates, or modular platforms
• Clear, structured communication with B2B clients
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Proactive mindset — focused on driving outcomes, not just execution
• Strong ownership, time management, and deadline discipline
• English level - C1
   

Main responsibilities

• Manage client communication across all stages: onboarding, configuration, and production launch
• Select appropriate loyalty and gamification mechanics from the Enable3 catalog
• Independently configure client programs in the product’s admin panel
• Collect, structure, and communicate client requests to the development team
• Coordinate with the Sales team during client handover and go-live
• Ensure timely launches and alignment with client expectations

• Advanced English (C1+)
• Proven experience owning the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → demo → follow-up → closing
• Experience selling to product, marketing, and growth teams within digital businesses
• Strong understanding of ICP qualification
• Ability to run product demos and translate product features into ROI-driven value
• Comfortable using CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools
• Highly proactive: able to build pipeline, test segments, develop outbound angles, and suggest improvements
• Growth mindset, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus: experience selling to gaming studios, mobile apps, fintech, telecom, or Web3 projects

• Perform outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and partner channels

Product Demos & Consultative Sales

• Conduct high-quality, tailored demos for different ICPs
• Deliver ROI-driven narratives that support conversion and shorten sales cycles

Deal Management & Closing

• Manage follow-ups, objection handling, contract negotiation, and closing motions
• Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Marketing to align outbound angles, pre-demo materials, and ICP segmentation insights
• Work with Product to understand upcoming features, roadmap, and customer feedback loops
• Support PR & Content with sales insights about objections, preferences, and verticals
