Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires;
• Support employees through their adaptation period and ensure smooth integration into teams;
• Coordinate and manage offboarding processes with care and clarity;
• Conduct regular one-on-one People Partner meetings with employees;
• Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related topics, concerns, and feedback;
• Ensure fairness and empathy in all interactions;
• Support performance review cycles;
• Promote a culture of continuous feedback and learning;
• Organize team-building activities (both in-office and remote), internal events, and culture initiatives;
• Design, run, and continuously improve employee engagement initiatives;
• Administer employee benefits programs (medical insurance, learning programs, etc.);
• Support compensation review cycles, benchmarking, and salary discussions;
• Support content creation for social media, career pages, and job platforms;
• Collect and share employee stories, testimonials, and team highlights;
• Ensure consistent communication of company values, culture, and EVP (Employee Value Proposition);
• Ensure a comfortable, safe, and well-organized workplace for in-office employees;
• Act as a point of contact for office-related requests and issues;
• Support hybrid and remote work arrangements from an operational perspective, including equipment, access, and logistics.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR, People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar roles;
• Proven ability to fully own the employee experience across the entire lifecycle;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level (both written and spoken);
• Comfortable working in a hybrid format, with at least 2–3 days per week in the office;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high level of ownership, accountability, and true can-do attitude.

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join a defense tech project on a full-time contract basis. The project involves building low-level software for embedded platforms with on-device AI acceleration.

This is a hands-on engineering role — you will be working close to the hardware, where correctness and reliability are non-negotiable.

Location: Europe (remote).
Start: September 2026.
Format: Contract, full-time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software across the complete development lifecycle — from requirements to bring-up, integration, and field support.
• Work with Embedded Linux at a low level: kernel configuration, device drivers, device tree, and BSP work on custom hardware.
• Integrate and optimize AI inference workloads on edge accelerators and DSPs.
• Bring up and debug new hardware platforms and System-on-Module boards.
• Debug at the hardware/software boundary using GDB, JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Implement and troubleshoot networking and IP-based communication on embedded targets.
• Optimize software for real-time constraints, memory footprint, and power efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with hardware and systems engineers during integration and validation.
• Document architecture decisions, interfaces, and debugging findings clearly.
   

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience across the complete embedded software development lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ — modern C++ preferred — for embedded development.
• Solid Embedded Linux experience: kernel, device drivers, device tree configuration; Yocto or Buildroot a plus.
• Deep understanding of operating systems (Linux and RTOS), networking/IP protocols, and hardware interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, PCIe, Ethernet).
• Solid experience with low-level debugging tools — GDB, JTAG, logic analyzers.
• Experience with Git and standard software configuration management practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
   

Nice to have:

• Texas Instruments processor families — CPU and DSP (TMS320, C66x, Sitara).

We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to join the Segmentation & Audience Platform project full-time. We are building a real-time Audience Segmentation & Engagement Platform that powers communications, personalization, automation, reporting, and customer engagement across the entire ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement core components of the audience segmentation platform
• Design and evolve a flexible segment definition language supporting complex rules and targeting scenarios
• Build a scalable segment evaluation engine for processing large-scale entity and relationship data
• Support complex nested logical expressions, filtering criteria, and rule evaluation workflows
• Implement relationship-based audience resolution across multiple entity types and organizational hierarchies
• Design and optimize incremental segment recomputation to efficiently process continuous data changes

We're looking for an Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Engineer to own the systems that send email at scale for a fast-growing ecommerce lifecycle marketing platform — covering behavioral tracking, personalization, and email/SMS automation.

In this role, you'll own the entire email sending infrastructure — from queues and scheduling through delivery, feedback processing, and reputation management across a multi-tenant environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with deep backend infrastructure experience and real email deliverability expertise who enjoys owning critical systems end-to-end, protecting sender reputation at scale, and working autonomously in a small, high-ownership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and operate high-throughput email sending services, queues, and workers
• Implement retries, backpressure, prioritization, rate limits, and adaptive throttling
• Manage shared and dedicated IP pools, domain reputation, warm-up, and traffic routing
• Build domain onboarding for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, return-path, and tracking domains
• Process bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, suppressions, and ISP feedback loops
• Monitor throughput, queue latency, deferrals, bounce rates, complaints, and reputation signals
• Create automated guardrails that throttle, pause, reroute, or block unsafe sending
• Diagnose production issues across SMTP, DNS, providers, queues, and mailbox providers
• Own your systems end to end, including observability and incident response

What we expect from you:

• Strong backend or infrastructure engineering experience
• Production experience building or operating high-volume email systems, ideally at an ESP or marketing automation platform
• Deep knowledge of SMTP, bounces, complaints, deferrals, throttling, and mailbox-provider behavior
• Hands-on experience managing sender reputation across domains and IP pools
• Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, domain alignment, and custom sending domains
• Experience with queues, distributed workers, idempotency, rate limiting, SQL, and Redis
• Ability to diagnose blocklists, spam complaints, authentication failures, and reputation changes
• Understanding of how list quality, engagement, spam traps, and customer abuse affect deliverability
• Clear communication and the ability to work autonomously in a small team

Nice to have:

• Experience at an ESP such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, Iterable, SendGrid, Mailgun, or Customer.io
