About the project:

We’re building a dedicated backend support team for a European e-commerce product. This is not customer support - it’s a highly technical role focused on service tickets and bugs related to third-party integrations such as Shopify, Magento, and AST systems.

The internal development team is currently overloaded, and your mission will be to offload recurring integration issues and debugging tasks, allowing the core team to focus on feature development.

You’ll work within a structured Kanban process - the focus is on quality support: bug investigation, root cause analysis, and integration stability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Investigating integration-related bugs and incidents across platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc);
• Navigating existing Golang codebases and resolving issues within a microservices architecture;
• Collaborating with the internal engineering team using shared tools and processes;
• Checking database logs, running queries, and handling data-level investigations;

• Communicating clearly in English — mostly async, sometimes on calls;

  
   

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience with Golang and microservices;
• Strong debugging skills and production support experience;
• Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot legacy code;
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento (any exposure is a plus);
• Proactive, independent work style with team alignment;
• English level B2+ for effective written and verbal communication.

• Bonus points if you’ve worked with coupons, shipping, or broader e-commerce logic;

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Building and maintaining infrastructure on GCP and/or AWS at scale.
• Container Orchestration: Managing services with Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
• Network and Security: Working with Cloudflare for DNS, security, and zero-trust policies.
• Monitoring and Logging: Implementing and supporting production monitoring systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Automation: Using Go and/or Python for scripting and automating tasks.
• CI/CD: Developing and managing CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions, and release engineering.
• Access Control: Implementing RBAC, IAM, and platform-level access controls.
• Cost Management: Practicing cloud cost management, including budgeting, tagging, and alerting.

What we expect from you:

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
• Experience with GCP and/or AWS infrastructure at scale.
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and release engineering.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our Music Recognition stack!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with a lead software engineer to update and enhance the existing Music Recognition stack;

• Performing architectural modifications to accommodate new business requirements such as API integrations;

• Actively contributing to backlog items (mix of dev & devops work) with efficient turnaround;

• Working across development and some devops tasks to ensure smooth delivery and avoid team silos.

What we expect from you:

• 10+ years of experience in software development;

• Strong proficiency in:
  ● C++ and multi-threaded programming;
  ● Backend development;
  ● Linux systems;
  ● Python, SQL, Bash, Jenkins;

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows is a bonus;

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on fast-paced teams;

About the project:
We’re building — a scalable, developer-friendly messaging platform covering email, SMS, and RCS; The domain is messaging infrastructure, with a focus on deliverability, speed, and API quality.

Team structure:
You’ll work directly with the Product Manager;
You won’t mentor anyone at first, but we expect you to bring leadership energy and technical ownership;
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and Customer Success.

• Architecting and implementing backend systems using Golang and Python;
•  Building and maintaining high-volume integrations with messaging protocols (SMTP, SMPP, Twilio, Mailgun, RCS APIs);
• Driving backend scalability, API consistency, and messaging reliability;
• Leading technical decisions, participating in code reviews, and setting engineering standards;
• Taking full ownership in a fast-paced, product-driven environment;
• Collaborating cross-functionally with non-engineering stakeholders;
• Being proactive in communication and team planning.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python and/or Go);
• Strong expertise in messaging technologies: SMTP, SMPP, Mailgun, Twilio, RCS APIs or similar;
• Solid understanding of REST API design, distributed systems, and scalable microservices;
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP or Azure;
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence product decisions;
• Ownership mindset — you know how to lead even without direct reports.
