We’re looking for a Senior Scala / Data Engineer for one of our clients — a company operating in a data-heavy, distributed systems environment. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong Scala background who has built and optimized high-performance data systems in production.

This role is for someone who takes full ownership of distributed data systems — from architecture to performance. You’ll work on complex, large-scale data processing challenges where efficiency, scalability, and fault tolerance are critical.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and optimize distributed data processing systems using Scala;
• Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines;
• Work with big data frameworks (e.g., Spark) and distributed architectures;
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services for data-intensive workloads;
• Optimize performance of data processing jobs and infrastructure;
• Ensure fault tolerance and resilience of distributed systems;

What we expect from you:

• Strong experience with Scala in production environments;
• Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer or Backend Engineer in data-heavy systems;

We’re looking for a Customer Support Lead to build and scale a modern B2C support operation that delivers seamless customer experiences across AI-powered and human support channels.

In this role, you’ll own the entire customer support function — from designing a tiered support model with AI voice agents and human escalation flows, to building operational processes, managing support performance, and scaling a high-performing support team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in consumer support operations who enjoys building processes from scratch, improving customer experience through automation and data-driven insights, and working cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and manage a tiered support model with AI voice agents as the first line of support, human agent escalation, and Jira workflows for engineering-related issues.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Help Center, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and self-service support resources.
• Own and optimize the consumer refund and dispute resolution process.
• Manage all customer support entry points, including in-car voice support, QR-code support flows, and support links in order confirmations and order history.
• Coordinate support workflows and escalation processes with OEM partners.
• Handle and optimize resolution workflows for common customer issues such as missing or incorrect items, order accuracy issues, payment edge cases, and cancellations.
• Hire, onboard, train, and scale customer support agents as support volumes grow.
• Define, track, and improve support KPIs and SLAs across all customer support channels.
• Track and report OEM-specific support metrics, operational trends, and issue breakdowns.
• Maintain operational reporting for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to turn customer feedback and support insights into product and operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and customer experience improvements across the support organization.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience building or managing B2C customer support operations in consumer commerce, food delivery, mobility, or on-demand services.
• Hands-on experience designing support processes, workflows, tooling, and Help Center infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong understanding of tiered support operations, including AI/chatbot-first support models and human escalation workflows.
• Experience managing refunds, disputes, and customer resolution processes in high-volume consumer environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to work effectively in fast-moving startup environments and under launch deadlines.
• Experience defining, tracking, and improving support KPIs, SLAs, and operational reporting.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and customer pain points through support analytics.

We’re looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and scale production ML systems that power real-time personalization and decision-making at scale.

In this role, you’ll own the full ML lifecycle—from transforming raw behavioral data into meaningful features, to deploying low-latency prediction APIs, to building the observability needed to keep models reliable in production.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong applied ML and MLOps expertise who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and building scalable, high-impact systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and productionize ML models for ranking, personalization, and customer engagement.
• Develop pipelines that transform behavioral, demographic, and contextual signals into online and offline features.
• Design and deploy low-latency APIs and decision services for real-time decision-making.
• Implement experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and exploration-exploitation strategies.
• Operationalize the ML lifecycle: automated training, CI/CD for models, artifact and feature versioning, and online/offline parity.
• Build observability into ML systems by monitoring data quality, model drift, and decision outcomes, and triggering retraining when needed.
• Establish closed feedback loops that connect decisions to business outcomes (e.g. conversions, engagement, fatigue signals such as unsubscribes).
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to balance personalization, compliance, and business value in real-world systems.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience in applied ML engineering (recommendation systems, personalization, ranking, or advertising systems).
• Strong proficiency in Python or Go, SQL, and modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes, Airflow, Kubeflow), model registries, and monitoring frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud ML platforms such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, or similar, and data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• Experience deploying real-time ML systems, including low-latency serving, feature stores, and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of multi-objective optimization and trade-offs in personalization systems.
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a dynamic startup environment with the overlap within USA time zone.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in martech, adtech, CRM, or large-scale personalization platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build a predictable, capital-efficient lead acquisition system that:

  • Scales across multiple channels

  • Ensures transparency on multi-department target execution, task management, and KPI oversight
