    Full-time, remote | Long-term collaboration

    About the project:

    We’re building a dedicated backend support team for a European e-commerce product. This is not customer support - it’s a highly technical role focused on service tickets and bugs related to third-party integrations such as Shopify, Magento, and AST systems.

    The internal development team is currently overloaded, and your mission will be to offload recurring integration issues and debugging tasks, allowing the core team to focus on feature development.

    You’ll work within a structured Kanban process - the focus is on quality support: bug investigation, root cause analysis, and integration stability.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Investigating integration-related bugs and incidents across platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc);
    • Navigating existing Golang codebases and resolving issues within a microservices architecture;
    • Collaborating with the internal engineering team using shared tools and processes;
    • Checking database logs, running queries, and handling data-level investigations;
    • Communicating clearly in English — mostly async, sometimes on calls;

    What we expect from you:

    • 3+ years of experience with Golang and microservices;
    • Strong debugging skills and production support experience;
    • Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot legacy code;
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento (any exposure is a plus);
    • Proactive, independent work style with team alignment;
    • English level B2+ for effective written and verbal communication.
    • Bonus points if you’ve worked with coupons, shipping, or broader e-commerce logic;

    Bonus points if you have:

    • Experience with e-commerce flows like coupons, shipping, or checkout;
    • Prior work on backend support teams or technical incident squads.

    What we offer:

    • Work with a Top Employer company (DOU 2025);
    • Engaging projects and challenges that support your professional and personal growth;
    • Friendly, proactive, and empathetic team environment;
    • Flexible full-time schedule with results-focused culture;
    • Ability to accumulate paid time off and take mid-week breaks;
    • Hybrid work option: sunny office in central Kyiv (Pushkinska) or remote - office equipped with generator and battery backup;
    • No bureaucracy, regular feedback, and support from your peers;
    • Transparent salary structure;
    • Team events, online activities, and casual meetups - yes, even now, in peaceful Kyiv 😊
