    We’re looking for a new teammate to join our Customer/Technical Support team at Emirex. This is a great opportunity to step into the fast-growing crypto industry, gain all the skills you need, and build confidence without unnecessary stress. Our hiring process is quick and simple — just one interview with your direct manager.

    🔸Responsibilities:

    • Work with software provided by the company.
    • Communicate with users through approved channels.
    • Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Provide accurate, reliable, and complete information using the proper methods/tools.
    • Operate and manage tasks through the back-office/admin panel of the financial application.
    • Conduct business communication and coordinate with colleagues (including other departments) when necessary.
    • Assist and support customer support trainees.
    • Provide management with feedback on customer service efficiency.
       

    🔸Requirements:

    • Proven experience working in customer support at a crypto/payments/gambling company.
    • Experience with back-office/admin panels of financial applications.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Experience supporting an English-speaking audience.
    • High level of English proficiency (B2 or higher).
    • Experience handling conflict situations.
    • Ability to think quickly, research, and troubleshoot issues.
    • Desire for continuous growth and learning.
    • Ability to work in a multitasking environment.

    • Confident use of Excel.

    We are seeking a skilled Power BI Specialist to transform raw data into actionable insights and streamline reporting processes across our organization. You will not only build dashboards but also automate data pipelines, ensure data reliability, and support data-driven decision-making.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards using PBI Desktop and PBI Service.
    • Implement row-level security (RLS) to control data access at different levels.
    • Build automated data pipelines and ETL processes using Python (pandas, pyodbc) and SQL.
    • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, including REST APIs and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ODBC connections).
    • Optimize query performance using indexing, materialized views, and DirectQuery.
    • Schedule and manage automated tasks with Windows Task Scheduler.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
    • Maintain version control and documentation using Git.
       

    Required Hard Skills:

    • Advanced Power BI: PBI Desktop, PBI Service, DAX, Power Query, DirectQuery, RLS.
    • Python for ETL automation (pandas, pyodbc).
    • Database expertise: MySQL, PostgreSQL, indexing, materialized views, ODBC.
    • Understanding of REST API principles; experience with FastAPI is a plus.
    • Task automation: Windows Task Scheduler or equivalent.

     

    Experience with Web3 / crypto data sources  is a strong advantage.
