We currently have an opening for Lead of Customer Care. This is a high-impact role, where you’ll own the strategy and development of customer support and success, directly influencing client satisfaction, retention, and LTV. Your initiatives will have a direct impact on revenue growth.
 

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles; at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in online gambling, iGaming, or other regulated industries.
• Customer Success Expertise: Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing customer success strategies, onboarding programs, and retention initiatives.
• Leadership Skills: Experience building, managing, and motivating high-performance teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and implement improvements based on insights.
• KPIs & Metrics: Hands-on experience with CSAT, NPS, CLV, churn rate, and other key customer success metrics.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with product, tech, and compliance teams to deliver customer-focused improvements.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage relationships with key and VIP customers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of gambling regulations and responsible gaming principles.
• Tools & Platforms: BackOffice SoftSwiss (preferred), Chat providers: LiveChat / HelpDesk, Jira.
• Language: English at B2/C1 level (both written and spoken).
    

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a customer success strategy.
• Build and lead a customer success team to provide world-class support and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinating a team of 9 specialists across Support and RFPD (Anti-Fraud) departments.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success, including customer satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Create and manage customer onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to relay customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers, addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
• Ensure compliance with gambling regulations and responsible gaming practices in all customer interactions.
• Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues, proactively addressing them to improve the customer experience.

The team is looking for a Manual QA Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of a fast-growing iGaming product across web.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real impact on the product - from new features and game launches to user experience, GEO expansion, and the launch of new brands. You’ll work closely with the team to identify issues early and make sure users get a smooth and reliable experience across different markets and devices.
 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial QA experience in web products, preferably in iGaming or other products with complex integrations.
• Strong understanding of manual testing processes: functional, regression, integration, exploratory and acceptance testing.
• Experience testing web applications on desktop and mobile devices, including responsive layouts and different browsers.
• Experience testing registration, authentication, password reset, account-related flows and other critical user journeys.
• Understanding of client-server architecture and basic client-side debugging skills.
• Experience in writing test documentation (such as test cases, bug reports, checklists).
• Strong understanding of test design techniques.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to find well-hidden bugs.

Tech Stack:

• Nuxt 3 / Vue.js, SPA, SSR, PWA, DevTools, iOS / Android.

Desired / Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Nuxt / Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience testing PWA, SPA, SSR and Lazy Loading behavior.
• Experience with localization testing, including language, currency, date formats and geo-specific behavior.

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

• Test new features, bug fixes and releases across web and mobile. Maintain regression coverage for critical product flows.
• Test game launches, game behavior, balance interactions, game providers and user journeys from lobby to gameplay.
• Verify functionality across browsers & mobile devices. Investigate device-specific issues.
• Validate frontend performance improvements, loading states, lazy loading, API behavior and key analytics events / metrics.
• Reproduce issues, collect evidence, identify affected environments and create actionable bug reports.
• Support launches of new brands and GEOs: validate domains, mirrors, SSL, localization, restricted-country behavior, services and go-live readiness.

The team is looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical thinking who can turn data into clear insights and support business decisions. The role focuses on building reports, analyzing marketing performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Marketing Data Analyst in a digital, performance marketing, affiliate, or iGaming company.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
• Experience analyzing marketing traffic sources (PPC, SEO, CPA networks, etc.).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics: ROI, LTV, Retention, Churn, ARPPU, MAU/DAU, and conversion funnels.
• Ability to work with Google Sheets / Excel at an advanced level.
• Analytical thinking and ability to transform business questions into data-driven insights.
• Understanding of attribution models and affiliate/media buying analytics.

Tech Stack:

• Tableau, Google Sheets, Python, SQL, Big Query.

Desired / Preferred Skills:

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, betting, or other high-volume transactional businesses.
• Experience with A/B test analysis and basic statistics.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (Pentaho, Airflow, dbt, or similar).
• Experience working with product analytics tools (GA4, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics for marketing and management teams.
