Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize CTAs, headlines, layouts, UX flows, and copy.
User Behavior Insights:
Leverage heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and user feedback to understand behavior and inform test hypotheses.
Performance Reporting:
Build regular reports and dashboards to track test performance, learnings, and overall impact on conversion KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, design, content, and growth teams to implement winning experiments and push scalable optimizations.
Strategic Roadmapping:
Develop and maintain a CRO roadmap based on research, business priorities, and seasonal goals.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in CRO, UX optimization, or performance marketing

Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation
Solid understanding of UX, user behavior, and funnel performance
