Our tools include Inbox Placement Testing, IP & Domain Reputation Monitoring, DMARC Compliance, Threat Protection, and Log Monitoring — used by brands, ESPs, and security teams worldwide.
We are growing fast and looking for a sales professional with a technical background and experience selling technical products or services.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with a solid technical background and experience working in a technical B2B environment. This role requires strong sales skills combined with the ability to understand and discuss technical topics with clients.
While prior experience specifically in email deliverability is a plus, it is not mandatory — experience selling technical or SaaS solutions is sufficient.
You will be the face of EmailConsul for prospects across Europe, the Middle East, and the US, managing full sales cycles and representing the company at conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow EmailConsul’s client base across global markets.
- Conduct discovery calls, technical consultations, and product demos at a high professional level.
- Clearly articulate EmailConsul’s value by understanding customer technical needs and business challenges.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, scoping, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their technical environment and goals.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to support renewals and expansions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to align customer needs with product development.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and expos worldwide to represent EmailConsul and generate new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and tracking of the sales pipeline.
- Prepare clear documentation, follow-up materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends related to SaaS, technical sales, and email security.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a technical or SaaS-focused company.
- General technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with clients.
- Experience selling complex or technical products/services is required.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-oriented terms.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (C1–C2)
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Ability to travel internationally for conferences and client meetings.
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
