    Position Overview

    ELVTR is looking for a highly initiative-driven Operations Manager to own and optimize the operational efficiency of our UK sales function.

    In this role, you will drive process improvements, leverage AI for automation and analysis, support revenue growth initiatives, and act as the primary operational partner for the sales team. You will combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to ensure scalability, speed, and data integrity across the sales operation.

     

    This is a full-time, fully remote role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process Improvement & Initiative: Proactively suggest and implement automations and optimizations across the sales cycle and operational workflows
    • AI-Driven Process Optimization: Leverage AI tools to streamline sales operations, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency 
    • Extra Revenue Channel Generation: Research, propose, and operationalize initiatives aimed at generating additional revenue streams
    • AI Usage & Innovation: Continuously identify areas where AI solutions can improve sales processes, reporting, or decision-making
    • Weekly Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly reports covering sales activity, performance metrics, and key operational challenges for leadership
    • Daily Operational Support: Own day-to-day sales operations, including system health checks (CRM, tools, integrations), CRM filters and workflows, sales team scheduling, and course distribution updates
    • Lead Processing Time Influence: Actively monitor and improve lead processing time through accurate routing, prompt assignment, and follow-up optimization
    • Team Inquiries & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for sales team operational questions (technical issues, process clarification, document access)
    • Customer Mailbox Management: Assist in managing and prioritizing customer inquiries in shared operational mailboxes
    • Resource Library Maintenance: Maintain and continuously update the unified sales resource library, ensuring a single source of truth for processes, documentation, and regulatory information
    • Sales Enablement Materials: Lead the preparation and upkeep of sales templates, payment links, and product documentation for immediate team use
    • Training & Onboarding Support: Support the operational onboarding of new sales representatives by providing tools, system access, and initial training in close collaboration with the Sales Team Leader

       

     

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in operations with a strategic focus
    • Strong AI proficiency, including experience using AI tools for data analysis, process automation, and prompt engineering
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive ideas from concept to execution
    • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of ownership over critical daily operational tasks

       

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics

    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Python Developer to support our internal IT team with the maintenance, troubleshooting, small enhancements, and integrations of existing systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented person who enjoys clear, defined tasks and working on optimizations.

     

    We care a lot about timely communication, but we’re not tracking when you’re online or expecting fixed coding hours. It’s a flexible, part-time remote position (up to 40 hours per month).

     

     

    Key responsibilities

     

    • Maintain and troubleshoot existing internal Python-based tools and integrations.
    • Optimize and refine existing code for better performance and maintainability.
    • Implement minor feature enhancements and integrations between internal systems and tools.
    • Automate basic workflows and eliminate manual processes.
    • Support and maintain the stability and performance of backend services.

       

    Initial Tasks

     

    • Refactor the current system to ensure that the course entity is managed separately from the certificate generation logic.
    • Review and analyze the core service logic for meeting bookings to identify why the available slots are showing inconsistencies across three different locations.
    • Create an automation process that updates the price entity in the backend whenever there is a price change in Google Sheets, and ensure the updated price is automatically reflected in all deals within the CRM system.
    • Develop an automation or script that triggers when a user unsubscribes from emails, sending this data to Klaviyo (third-party service) for tracking and management.
    • Enhance the booking system to display possible meeting slots for users, even when no free slots are available, ensuring users can still see available timeslots for booking.

     

     

    Requirements

     

    • 3+ years of experience in Python development, especially in scripting and automation tasks.
    • Familiarity with relational and document-oriented databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
    • Comfortable working with APIs and integrating third-party tools.
    • Basic understanding of code optimization and best practices.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and debug efficiently.
    • Self-directed, organized, and able to handle multiple small tasks effectively.

     

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
    • Familiarity with backend service maintenance.
