REQUIREMENTS

• A substantial background (6+ years) in professional software development.
• Proven ability to launch and support live, user-facing applications.
• Clear, respectful communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A high degree of autonomy and skill in asynchronous, distributed collaboration.

   

TECH SKILLS

• Production experience with Elixir and Phoenix LiveView.
• A knack for Postgres performance tuning and observability.
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure (GCP, k8s, Terraform) and CI/CD.
• A deeply ingrained discipline for security, reliability, and testing.
