• Good Presentation Skills: Having good presentation skills means being able to summarize information clearly, highlight key issues, and confidently propose solutions to both your team and management.
• Coffee and face detection. You are skilled at reading faces—one look at your client or colleague, and you can instantly tell if they've had their morning coffee.
• Finances. Basic understanding of how finance works in projects. As a Trainee Project Manager, it's important to understand that going over budget can put the success of a project at risk. Your role is to monitor costs and prevent overspending. 
• Adaptability to Change: You can easily adjust when priorities change or problems come up. For example, if a client request changes suddenly, you can quickly reorganize your tasks to meet the new requirements and keep things moving forward.
• Quick Learner – Absorbing new information like a sponge (Bob) and skills efficiently, even in high-pressure situations.
• Miscommunication is something you never heard about because you deep dive into every nitty-gritty detail that is discussed with a client or a team. You tell others info without double sense.

✅ Will be a plus:

• Project management experience in an any IT product, outstaffing, outsourcing company;
• Knowledge in other areas of the IT field (such as Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Quality Assurance, Software Developer, Business Analyst, Product Owner) is not mandatory but can be beneficial for better collaboration and understanding within the team.
• Сompletion of various courses (such as: Project Management, QA, Software Engineering etc).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop products and features for the Internal Developer Platform, focusing on infrastructure, observability, and CI/CD.
• Apply software engineering best practices to ensure a reliable, scalable, and maintainable ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, and tech leads to refine requirements and define the scope of work.
• Understand the challenges of other engineering teams, analyze their systems, and support them in adopting platform solutions.
• Lead end-to-end development of features, from design to implementation.

• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform, DevOps, or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Pulumi or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD frameworks like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or others.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or similar.
• Proven track record of architecting and leading complex technical solutions.
• Experience with backend development in languages like Go, Java, C#, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.
• English level: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.

We are looking for a skilled Middle+/Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS infrastructure setup and experience working across cloud platforms. This role is ideal for professionals who can allocate flexible hours on demand, with intensive involvement at the beginning of projects and ongoing support as needed.

      Responsibilities

• Primary focus: AWS environment setup for new projects.
• On-demand involvement: Intensive allocation of 20-40 hours/week for short periods (approx. 1 week) to perform infrastructure setup.
• Ongoing support of 4-8 hours/week per request for maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to join projects at any stage and set up infrastructure quickly.
  Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: 3-5 years of commercial experience in DevOps, with deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, etc.) – priority; Azure (AKS, Blob Storage, Virtual Machines); GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine). Experience with cloud-native technologies like serverless and microservices.
  • Containers & Orchestration: Docker (containerization, Dockerfiles, orchestration), Kubernetes (cluster management, Helm charts, microservices deployment), Docker Compose.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform (preferred), AWS CloudFormation.
  • Version Control: Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), Git Flow for managing branching strategies.
