ABOUT PROJECT

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of practical experience as a Data Science Engineer or similar role.
• 2+ years of proven experience in building and deploying chatbots or conversational agents in production.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, RAG pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and chatbot development toolchains.
• Deep understanding of conversational AI principles, including dialog management, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset to propose innovative ideas and guide the technical roadmap for future chatbot releases.

   

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and improvement of an AI-powered chatbot integrated into a membership ecosystem for iOS and Android.
• Ensure scalability, security, and a high-quality user experience in production-ready conversational solutions.
• Design and optimize conversational flows, personalization features, and integration with client documentation systems.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders (Product Owners, Digital Director, consultants) to align chatbot strategy with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists within the team.
• Work closely with cross-functional colleagues (Backend, Mobile, QA, BA, DevOps) in an Agile/Kanban delivery model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct a simple range of programming tasks including analysis, coding, and debugging of complex program logic

• Write program code according to the defined application architecture

REQUIREMENTS

• Good theoretical knowledge of manual and automation testing
• Basic knowledge of any programming language (C#, JavaScript, Python or Java)
• Completed courses in Manual Testing (with an understanding of automated testing processes) or QA Automation Testing
• Understanding of manual testing processes, writing test cases
• Good understanding of test automation goals, areas of applicability, activities, and deliverables
• Understanding of the specifics of testing web applications
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies
• Upper-Intermediate level of English, speaking and writing skills
• Computer science knowledge background

• Впевнене володіння T-SQL:

• робота з даними (вибірка, оновлення, видалення, фільтрування, сортування)
• Знання процесів backup/restore/Shrink
• Базові навики роботи з OS Windows Server та OS Windows
• Ступінь бакалавра або вище в галузі комп’ютерної інженерії
• Англійська мова - Pre-Intermediate рівень

• Підтримка наявних інсталяцій МІС: виконання задач клієнтів, допомога у чатах, оновлення системи
• Наповнення бази даних (шаблони документів, звіти, довідники) для роботи МІС
• Тестування системи перед релізами за тест-планами та тест-кейсами
• Написання й підтримка коду T-SQL (процедури, вибірки, кастомні процеси)
• Активна робота з об’єктами бази даних MSSQLServer
• Налаштування інтеграцій МІС з іншими системами
• Написання інструкцій і описів функціоналу
• Проведення навчання для клієнтів (онлайн/офлайн)
• Можливі короткотермінові відрядження до клієнтів під час старту роботи з МІС
