Electronic Team, Inc. is looking for a Middle Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow and promote our macOS applications.

What we’re looking for

• Confident macOS user (technical mindset is a plus, not a must);
• 2+ years of experience in Digital / Product Marketing or related roles in IT;
• Basic understanding of how software and applications are promoted online;
• Hands-on experience with content marketing (articles, landing pages, product texts);
• Interest in or basic knowledge of video marketing and Mac App Store Optimization (ASO);
• Ability to analyze competitors and market niches and turn insights into action plans;
• Understanding of online brand visibility, including:
  • working with niche websites and communities,
  • product listings, review platforms, and forums;
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher for day-to-day communication;
• Availability for full-time work;
• Readiness to complete a short test task.

Your responsibilities

• Support and develop marketing activities for macOS products in file management and entertainment categories;
• Prepare marketing materials for product updates and new releases;
• Monitor competitors and help improve product positioning;
• Assist in pricing and monetization experiments;
• Help optimize product pages and prepare feature-focused presentations;
• Collaborate with SEO, development, design, web, and support teams, as well as external contractors when needed.

We’re Electronic Team, Inc., and we’re growing HelpWire — a remote support / remote access SaaS (B2C with light B2B) for English-speaking markets (US/CA/UK/EU). Small team, startup pace, fast feedback.

We’re looking for a middle-level marketing generalist (2–3 years). You won’t be doing “everything at once” — you’ll focus on one area at a time, ship improvements, then move to the next.

Main focus: organic growth (SEO + content).

Secondary: community + listings + brand presence.

What you’ll do

• Grow organic traffic and sign-ups via SEO and SEO-optimized content (research → briefs → publish → update)
• Track competitors + keywords regularly and turn insights into actions (topics, pages, messaging)
• Improve CTR and conversion on key pages (titles/snippets, landing pages, lightweight CRO iterations)
• Build brand presence through helpful participation in relevant threads/communities (Reddit, forums, groups, boards)
• Grow our Reddit community (content cadence, discussions, moderation support, feedback loop)
• Find new listings/directories/review platforms, and push HelpWire higher in existing listings

Improve HelpWire’s visibility in AI-driven discovery: structured content, getting cited, listings/listicles, “best tools” comparisons

How we’ll measure success

• Better CTR on key pages
• Key keyword growth (rankings + coverage)
• Consistent output of quality SEO content
• Stronger Reddit/community activity and sentiment
• More (and higher) listings placements and improved positions

Tools

GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs (or similar), Jira; plus email/CRO tools when needed (SendPulse, CrazyEgg, or alternatives).

Team & process

• Report to a Product Marketing Lead
• 2-week sprints, tasks in Jira
• Fast approvals/feedback in messenger
• Calls only for sprint planning + demos; daily updates are text/async
• You’ll have support from teammates + adjacent teams (copy, design, dev)

What we need

• 2–3 years in digital marketing (SaaS/tech is a plus)
• Solid base across SEO, content, analytics, and community/distribution
• You can work independently, prioritize, and ship without hand-holding
• English B1+

• впевнений користувач iOS; технічний бекграунд буде перевагою;
• англійська мова — Upper Intermediate або вище (письмова комунікація);
• готовність працювати на умовах повної зайнятості;

Обов’язки

• управління маркетинговою командою (на старті — до 5 осіб);
• розробка та реалізація стратегії залучення користувачів iOS-застосунків через органічні та платні канали;
• робота з воронкою та підвищення конверсії користувачів у платних клієнтів;
• аналіз і оптимізація ключових маркетингових метрик: MRR, ARR, ARPU, LTV, Retention, Churn rate, CAC;
• аналіз конкурентів і пошук нових ніш для розвитку продуктів;
• взаємодія з командами розробки, дизайну, підтримки користувачів та зовнішніми підрядниками.
