A bit of context first

I'm Roman, founder of EducateMe. We build an AI-native LMS that growing US companies use to onboard, train, and upskill their teams, and a second product, Trainio.ai, an AI roleplay and knowledge-hub tool for healthcare teams. Profitable company, a small senior team.

I'm looking for one person to own our content and distribution end to end, with a clear job: make sure that when a buyer asks an AI assistant, Google, YouTube, or Reddit about training software for their kind of company, EducateMe and Trainio are in the answer and described well. You'll build the strategy, run the machine, and own the number.

Why you might want this

• You get the whole thing, not a slice. Strategy and execution, every channel, both products, one owner. You report to the Founder.
• You're early to a channel most companies haven't figured out. In a year, you'll be one of the few people who have actually run AI-search acquisition with numbers to show for it.
• You don't type articles. We built a Claude-based content engine that researches, drafts, and publishes to our CMS. Your time goes to judgment, distribution, and measurement, not word count.
• The tools and people are already in place: Ahrefs with Brand Radar, Peec AI for tracking AI answers, Search Console, Mixpanel, Notion, Sanity CMS, a Reddit agency on retainer, a video producer for YouTube, a designer for visuals, and a CSM who can pull customer stories.

What you'll own

1. Content strategy across every channel.

You decide what we say, where, and how often. That covers the blog on both sites, two YouTube channels plus Shorts, LinkedIn (company page and my personal account), the newsletter, Reddit, our free tools pages, review sites, and the website copy itself. Concretely:

• A quarterly content plan: which topics, for which buyer, in which vertical (healthcare first), and which format each topic deserves.
• The flywheel that turns one idea into many assets: video → article → newsletter section → LinkedIn posts → Shorts → Reddit answer. You define the sequence, the cadence, and who does what (engine, video producer, designer, agency, CSM, me).
• Backlinks and digital PR: industry listicles (eLearning Industry and similar), guest contributions, partner mentions, and the free tools that already earn links for us. Not link-buying. Earned corroboration that AI engines and Google both read.
• YouTube: topics, scripts, thumbnails brief, publishing cadence for both channels, working with our video producer.
• Blog and money pages: comparison and alternatives pages, pricing content, question pages, healthcare use-case pages, case studies. You decide what exists, run it through the engine, add real customer detail, ship, and keep it current.

2. AI search (AEO) as the organizing goal.

Everything above serves one goal: being cited and recommended by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode for the questions our buyers actually ask. You'll build and track a set of about 30 "money prompts," understand who gets cited today and why, and shape our on-site and off-site footprint to win those citations.

3. Off-site presence.

Manage the Reddit agency (brief, approve threads, review output), own our G2 and Capterra profiles and the review pipeline together with our CSM, pitch listicles and industry roundups, and keep the YouTube listing-video cadence alive.

4. Measurement.

Monthly money-prompt tracking (citation share and how we're described), organic and AI-referred signups and demos, YouTube and newsletter growth. A monthly "what moved and why" readout to me, in plain language.

5. Sales enablement spillover.

The case studies, one-pagers, and snippets you produce for distribution also go to my deals and to outbound. Same assets, two uses. Nothing gets made twice.

Your first 90 days

• Weeks 1–3: learn the products, sit in on demos, build the money-prompt set and the baseline (who gets cited today, from which sources, why). Get hands-on with the engine, the agency, the review accounts, the YouTube channels.
• Weeks 4–8: write the first quarterly content plan and get it approved. Ship the first healthcare money pages and two case studies. Get Reddit batch review pipeline running. Fix the highest-impression, lowest-click pages on trainio.ai.

• Weeks 9–13: first full monthly readout. Citation-share trend, what moved, what to double down on. From here, the scorecard adds SQL.

   

How we'll judge whether it's working

• Leading: citation share and description accuracy on the money-prompt set, month over month. Plus channel health: YouTube views and subscribers, newsletter growth, organic clicks on both domains.
• Lagging: signups and booked demos from organic and AI-referred traffic.

• We look at it together monthly and adjust. The first quarter is for building the baseline and the machine, not for hitting a pipeline number. After that, yes, the number matters.

   

You'll probably fit if

• You use ChatGPT or Claude every day and have a feel for how AI assistants compose answers and choose what to recommend.
• You've built a content strategy that ran across more than one channel and can show what it produced: traffic, subscribers, leads, revenue. A company channel, your own site, a YouTube channel, a Telegram channel, a newsletter. Scale matters less than the fact that you owned it and it moved.
• You're comfortable in analytics (Search Console, YouTube Studio, Mixpanel, Ahrefs, or similar) and dig for answers yourself.
• Strong written English (C1). You edit well and cut ruthlessly. Prose talent is secondary.
• You genuinely enjoy switching between planning, editing, community, and spreadsheets in the same week.

• Bonus: B2B SaaS, healthcare, L&D or HR tech, a Reddit habit, some on-camera comfort.

   

Probably not a fit if

• You want to write long-form all day, or you measure yourself in articles published.
• You want to set strategy and hand execution to someone else. Here you do both from the very beginning; later, delegate

• You need a big team or a big budget to feel effective. We work lean and use AI as the multiplier.

   

Format

• Full-time, remote, async-first. Reporting directly to the founder, working alongside product, engineering, customer success, and lead generation.
• Salary: $2000–3500/month, negotiable for a strong profile. Paid sick leave and vacation.
• Process: 30-minute intro call → 90-minute test task → 45-minute final call → decision within a week. No homework beyond the task, no five-round loops.

As a Marketing Manager at EducateMe, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and demand generation for our B2B SaaS corporate training platform. This role spans content strategy, paid acquisition, organic growth, and analytics — with direct impact on pipeline and revenue.

You will work closely with the founding team and collaborate with an in-house content team to execute and scale our marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities:

AEO & content strategy - core focus

• Develop and prioritize an Answer Engine Optimization strategy — structuring content to be surfaced by AI tools, not just search engines
• Collaborate with the content team on direction, briefs, and quality review
• Make Webflow page edits independently — structure, CTAs, landing pages, metadata
• Stay ahead of how AI-driven discovery is changing inbound and adapt strategy accordingly

Growth channels

• Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels — LinkedIn, community, content syndication, partnerships, link building
• Run structured experiments, measure results, and double down on what works
• Drive organic brand presence in L&D communities

PPC

• Manage paid campaigns across relevant platforms — Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others as the channel mix evolves
• Own campaign structure, bidding, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization
• Ensure alignment between ad creative, landing pages, and conversion goals

• Continuously improve cost efficiency across the funnel

   

Analytics, measurement & business planning

• Own the numbers that matter — CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC ratio, payback period, channel-level ROI
• Build reporting that connects every marketing activity to the pipeline and revenue
• Use Mixpanel and PostHog to track funnel performance and identify where to optimize
• Translate data into actionable plans that drive business advancement, not just marketing KPIs

• Come to the table with forecasts, not just results

   

Sales enablement

• Produce case studies, competitive battle cards, and one-pagers to support the sales process
• Maintain a strong understanding of ICP, objections, and competitive positioning

• Work closely with SDRs to help with running more outbound experiments

   

Skills required

AI fluency — this is the most important thing we look for

• You use AI tools daily and have built workflows around them — research, content briefing, competitive analysis, reporting, experimentation
• You can do the work of a larger team by knowing how to delegate to AI effectively
• You’re not afraid to automate and systematize — you think in leverage, not in hours

• You stay current with AI tooling and continuously find new ways to apply it to marketing

   

Marketing fundamentals

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a track record of driving growth
• Hands-on experience with PPC platforms — Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar
• Strong analytical skills — you think in CAC, LTV, and payback period, not just clicks and impressions
• Comfortable with tools like Mixpanel, PostHog, or GA4
• Result-driven and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team environment
• English C1+

• Nice to have: experience in EdTech, L&D, or HR Tech
