This role would focus on generating qualified leads each month and experimenting with new lead generation tactics.

Some of the challenges that you’ll help us to master include:- Scaling our efforts across new outbound channels (LinkedIn Groups, Reddit, Partnerships,...etc)
- Iterating on and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on demos/feedback
- Working with MQLs to transform them into SQLs
- Working with existing outbound scope (cold emails, LinkedIn)
Requirements
- 2 years+ of experience in sales development, lead generation, or growth roles (ideally in B2B SaaS)
- Proven experience prospecting and booking meetings through outbound channels (cold email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with setting up CRMs (e.g. Hubspot, Attio, Folk) and outreach tools (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly)
- Strong organizational skills — you can manage many prospects, follow-ups, and experiments at once.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with the corporate training, HR tech, or LMS space
