Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience (Python).
• Strong experience with fintech / payments / high-load systems.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Ability to take ownership of architecture and delivery.

• Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
