We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects based on the Terrasoft (Creatio) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in IT implementation projects, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

The candidate must be able to travel abroad for business trips.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Plan and prioritize tasks, manage resources, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business analysts, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Ensure that the project aligns with business objectives and client expectations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development.
• Experience with Terrasoft (Creatio) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (preferred).
• Experience in CRM/ERP implementation projects is a plus.
• Experience in banking projects is a big advantage.

The candidate must have at least 1+ years of experience working with Terrasoft / Creatio CRM.

Responsibilities:

- Implement solutions according to the defined standards and patterns

- Implementation of GUI design

- Maintaining Databases (Oracle)

- Performing Development Test

- Unit testing

- Updating of solution specifications to reflect actual implementation.

Background:

- 2+ years of experience .NET-based software development

- 1+ years of experience with high-load projects

- intermediate English

- 1+ years of experience working with Terrasoft / Creatio CRM.

Skills:

OOP:

- strong knowledge and descent usage of language principles and OOP

- strong knowledge of SOLID principles

- knowledge of Design patterns, and how to use them

.NET Framework/C#:

- experience with any ORM frameworks as well as ADO.NET

- WCF or Web API experience (REST/SOAP) is a must

- knowledge of how to work with DI containers

- strong LINQ and collections knowledge

- knowledge of xUnit framework for unit testing

JavaScript:

- strong AJAX principles understanding

- ExtJS experience would be a big plus

- understanding of MVVM or similar patterns

Databases:

- Oracle Database(PL/SQL)

- experience with high load databases

- experience with writing stored procedures, views, functions

Other: 

- Ability to work with Agile approach

-  Understanding of the cloud infrastructures: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.

Nice to have:

- experience with IIS

- experience with GIT, SVN or any other version control systems

- basic experience with HTML and CSS.
