We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects based on the Terrasoft (Creatio) platform. 

Mandatory requirement: Minimum 1 year of commercial experience working with Creatio (Terrasoft) in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Plan and prioritize tasks, manage resources, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business analysts, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Ensure that the project aligns with business objectives and client expectations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development.
• Experience with Terrasoft (Creatio) is a must-have
• Experience in the banking sector is required
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate or higher level of English (preferred).
• Experience in CRM/ERP implementation projects is a plus.
• Experience in banking projects is a big advantage.

Projects in various Healthcare subdomains, implemented using the HL7 FHIR standard for international clients from regions including the Middle East, Asia, the US, and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of the technical design and technical specifications for business solutions
• Business decisions analysis
• Change management support

Background:

• 3+ years of experience system analysis, product ownership 

Required skills:

• Clear understanding of principles and specifics of software development methodologies Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
• Knowledge of data modeling and data flows modeling, data mapping
• Knowledge of basic principles of SQL & relational databases, NoSQL databases
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques (UML, BPMN)
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
• Good experience in working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, Postman
• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
• Excellent knowledge of bug life cycle
• Experience in Test Design, Test Case creation and maintenance
• Experience in testing complex software applications

Big advantage:

• Experience with healthcare systems and healthcare standards like HL7 FHIR, HL7 v3, SNOMED

Nice to haves:

• Understanding of programming languages
• Experience of using version control systems (e.g. GIT)
• Experience of using test automation or BDD (Cucumber, Behave)

Вимоги до кандидатів:
● практичний досвід та розуміння принципів процесів управління інцидентами, управління змінами
● гарні аналітичні здібності
● системне мислення та здатність до декомпозиції задач

● базові знання та навички роботи з СУБД (реляційними, NoSQL)
● досвід роботи з REST APIs, SoapUI, XML
