We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects based on the Terrasoft (Creatio) platform. 

Mandatory travel requirement:
The role may involve occasional business trips to the client’s office in Kyiv, Ukraine — typically up to once per month, usually for one day. Candidates based in Kyiv would be a strong fit; candidates based in other locations should be ready to travel to Kyiv when required. All business travel expenses are fully covered by the company.

Occasional international business trips may also be required. Therefore, the candidate must be legally and practically able to travel both to Ukraine and abroad when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Plan and prioritize tasks, manage resources, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business analysts, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Ensure that the project aligns with business objectives and client expectations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken English is required.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in CRM/ERP implementation projects.
• Experience in banking projects.
• Experience with Terrasoft / Creatio.
