The candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Terrasoft / Creatio CRM and proven experience in the banking domain.
 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client interviews to identify and gather business requirements.
• Perform pre-project research, analyze and formalize business needs.
• Develop and align project documentation with clients, including Implementation Concepts, Technical Designs, Specifications, User Stories, Test Cases, Use Cases, etc.
• Set tasks for the development team and ensure the delivered functionality meets technical and client requirements.
• Conduct acceptance and regression testing.
• Train end users on system functionality and usage.
• Provide technical support and client consulting during project go-live and initial operation stages.
• Model and describe business processes using BPMN notation and create UML diagrams.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and maintain the project backlog.
• Collaborate with the technical lead to define the architecture of the project solution.
• Prepare and deliver demos of implemented functionality.

Requirements:

• Experience with Creatio (BPM’online) as an administrator or advanced user.
• 3+ year of experience in business/system analysis (preferably in an IT integrator or banking environment).
• Hands-on experience with IT system implementation in banking or financial institutions (understanding of banking business processes is essential).
• Experience in requirements elicitation (external client-facing experience is a plus).
• Experience in implementing or enhancing IT systems (preferably for external clients).
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FSD, Implementation Concepts, Technical Designs, Specifications, User Stories, Test Cases, Use Cases).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in specialized tools (MS Visio, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Understanding of software development methodologies and Agile/Scrum principles.
• Experience working with data formats such as JSON, XML, and APIs (SOAP/REST).
• Systems thinking and skills in functional decomposition.
• Experience in manual testing of complex software systems.
• Direct collaboration with development teams (task setting, monitoring, testing).
• Business process modeling using BPMN notation.

Would be a plus:

• Background in automating business processes in banking, finance, or telecommunications.
• Creatio (BPM’online) certifications.
• Familiarity with UX tools (Axure, Balsamiq, MS Visio, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
• Experience with CRM systems (Siebel, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.).
• Skills in web services testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler).
• Basic understanding of programming languages (JS, C#, HTML, CSS).

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., SVN, GIT).

Required skills:

• Clear understanding of principles and specifics of software development methodologies Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum

• Knowledge of basic principles of SQL & relational databases, NoSQL databases
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques (UML, BPMN)
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
• Good experience in working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, Postman
• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
• Excellent knowledge of bug life cycle
• Experience in Test Design, Test Case creation and maintenance
• Experience in testing complex software applications

Big advantage:

• Experience with healthcare systems and healthcare standards like HL7 FHIR, HL7 v3, SNOMED

Nice to haves:

• Understanding of programming languages
• Experience of using version control systems (e.g. GIT)
• Experience of using test automation or BDD (Cucumber, Behave)
