We need not just an SMM specialist, but someone who sees the full picture, works with strategy and metrics, has strong case studies, and real experience with the US, Canadian, and European markets.
     

    What You Will Be Doing:

    – managing the SMM direction and the team;
    – developing and implementing SMM strategies for multiple brands;
    – ensuring content quality and alignment with brand goals;
    – analyzing key metrics, optimizing performance, and making data-driven decisions;
    – organizing workflows, setting tasks, and managing deadlines and processes;
    – occasionally assisting with operational tasks (when needed);
    – building effective communication between the SMM team, design, and marketing;
    – proposing new approaches, tools, and formats to improve results.
     

    You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You:

    – have at least 3 years of SMM experience, including time in a team lead position;
    – have worked in a marketing or SMM agency and led a team;
    – have strong case studies from international markets (USA, Canada, Europe) β€” required;
    – understand metrics well and make decisions based on them;
    – have structured thinking and are not afraid of complex tasks;
    – are skilled in negotiation and effective communication;
    – base your work on strategy and measurable outcomes.
     

    It Will Be a Big Plus If You Have:

    – experience working with eCommerce and DTC brands;
    – experience building SMM processes from scratch.

      β€’ Managing Shopify and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) order shipments:

      β€’ Coordinating local deliveries.
    4. Procurement Planning
      β€’ Analyzing current inventory and sales forecasts.
      β€’ Determining stock replenishment needs for each SKU.
      β€’ Creating purchase orders considering MOQs, lead times, and current stock.
      β€’ Preparing procurement plans in quantity and value, coordinating them with the finance department.
    5. Vendor Sourcing and Coordination
      β€’ Assisting in searching for and selecting new suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers (including 3PL, packaging companies, etc.) primarily in the U.S.
      β€’ Collecting and analyzing commercial proposals.
      β€’ Supporting communication with new vendors during onboarding and the start of cooperation.
       

    Requirements:

    1. Working in the U.S. time zone
      Full-time schedule aligned with the U.S. market:
      8 AM – 5 PM EST
    2. English B2+ level, sufficient for conducting calls
    3. Google Sheets / Excel – advanced level: formulas, filters, pivot tables, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
    4. Preferably experience working in a warehouse and/or experience as an Operations Coordinator (inventory management, stock control, shipments)
