We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with strong experience in mobile app design, a solid product mindset, and expert knowledge of modern design systems. The ideal candidate is proficient in Figma, understands both Material Design and Apple HIG, communicates clearly, works proactively, and delivers clean, developer-friendly interfaces. They maintain a well-structured portfolio of completed app projects, are fluent in Ukrainian, and are comfortable working remotely on a part-time basis.

Technical Skills of Our Ideal Candidate

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications

Portfolio with at least 5 fully designed applications

Strong understanding of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)

Ability to create developer-friendly designs based on component systems and reusable elements

Proficiency in Figma

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Flutter and can work efficiently in a fast-paced outsourcing environment. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your tasks, and deliver high-quality mobile solutions that users love.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop new mobile app features using Flutter with clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end mobile solutions.
• Participate in app architecture planning, applying Clean Architecture, SOLID, and best OOP practices.
• Work with Firebase: Auth, Cloud Function integration, Push Notifications, Storage, Firestore
• Work with RiverPod/Bloc for state management.
• Ensure high app performance, stability, and create pixel-perfect UI based on Figma design.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across multiple devices.
• Deploy apps to App Store and Google Play, including release preparation and follow-up.

Role profile:

• 2+ years of proven work experience in Flutter development, ideally in outsource companies
• Real, functioning products in the portfolio (published in the App Store & Google Play).
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture principles.
• Confident use of RiverPod / Provider (additional experience with BLoC will be a plus).
• Experience working with Firebase components such as Push Notifications, Firestore Database, Authentication (experience with Analytics / Crashlytics will be an advantage).
• Confident use of Git and understanding of Git Flow.
• Experience with ClickUp / Jira / Trello or any other project management systems will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Core Services: Write clean, scalable server-side code using Node.js (Nest.js / Express.js) to power mobile app features.
• API Design: Architect and optimize REST/GraphQL endpoints specifically for mobile clients (handling payload size, versioning, and latency).
• Database Management: Design schemas and optimize queries in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Firebase Management: Implement Auth logic, write Cloud Functions, and handle server-side triggers for Push Notifications (FCM).
• Architecture: Apply Clean Architecture and SOLID principles to keep the codebase maintainable as the product grows.
• Mobile Support: Develop backend logic for offline data sync and multi-device state consistency.
• Deployment: Handle service deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and monitor production stability.

Role Profile:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Backend development (outsource background is a big plus).
• Solid Node.js stack: Proficient in Nest.js or Express.js and comfortable switching between SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL / MongoDB).
• Firebase Expertise: Practical experience with Cloud Functions, Firestore, and FCM.
• Strong Fundamentals: Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture.
