Join our dynamic team managing multi-million-dollar ad spends for leading US e-commerce brands like OpticsPlanet.com, CampSaver.com, and Dvor.com. Compete head-on with giants like Amazon, Walmart, REI, and Bass Pro Shops in a fast-paced environment where your strategies drive real growth. This is a remote position with direct management in the US.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute cross-channel paid media strategies across search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Reddit, Twitter/X, TikTok).
- Manage campaigns with a data-driven focus to maximize ROI, hit KPIs, and scale channels for efficiency and growth.
- Conduct A/B testing on keywords, audiences, bids, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with creative, design, content, SEO, and copywriting teams for aligned messaging and testing.
- Analyze trends, KPIs, and insights from analytics tools, ad partners, and reports to deliver actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new ad formats, and targeting innovations in SEM and social PPC.
- 3+ years managing multi-channel paid campaigns, with proven handling of large budgets ($250K+ monthly).
- Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (required); strong preference for Social PPC / Social Channels like Meta Ads, Reddit, TikTok, or Twitter/X.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into business decisions; advanced Excel proficiency.
- Excellent English communication, including creative ad copywriting and grammar.
- Understanding of SEO, HTML, and the broader search ecosystem.
- High organization, attention to detail, and project management experience (bid tools a plus).
- Familiarity with affiliate/influencer marketing or agency/in-house team experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
