We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our team!

You will provide services for the Product related to developing of software or any part thereof and other related issues thereto, and his responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to:

• Go through customer development procedure to define the customer expectations and feedbacks (manage hypothesis, prepare survey check-lists, collect customers feedbacks, prepare feature list, prioritize the feature list)
• Manage features to prepare them to be developed (decompose features to stories, manage epics, describe user stories, validate features vision with development team)
• Manage development process in terms of scrum methodology (facilitate periodic activities, manage issue tracking system, manage releases)
• Product metrics tracking in terms of OKR
• To be responsible for product delivery (manage build and deployment flow)
• Present / demonstrate product to existing or potential customers
• Take part in QA process upon request
• Take part in OKR / KPI definition
• Take part in internal processes tuning (provide recommendations regarding existing processes enhancement, define existing weak points and bottlenecks)
• To be responsible for effective internal communication in terms of product development (business + product + development + QA teams)

Hard skills are required:

• Fluency in basic software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Time management skills
• Skills of working with documentation
• Understanding of the principles of building business processes
• Experience as a project manager
• B2+ English language skills

We develop IT solution which allows offline travel agents to sell direct airline content without leaving GDS screen.

We are looking for Customer care specialist for post-sale support avia  products - airline tickets reissue/refunds voluntary/involuntary, ancillaries, etc.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Daily communication with customers, Airlines;
• CRM accounting programs, reports;
• Coordination and applying to certain schedules;

• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.

   

Required skills and qualifications:

• GDS knowledge Sabre, Amadeus, Airlines direct access work experience (will be an advantage);

• English, Ukrainian languages.

   

Personal qualities and characteristics:

• Desire to work in a team environment and be a team player;
• Openness to new knowledge, new experience;

• Ability to multitask.

   

What you’ll get:

• Remote work;
• Working week from Sunday to Thursday (weekend - Friday and Saturday);
