This person main responsibility is:
● Manage a large community (crowdsourcing) of existing global and freelance software testers and responsible to recruit new community members and maintain the relationship while making them feel belong and appreciated.

Responsibilities for this position include:
● Responsible for managing community’s relations, recruit new testers, signup process, communicate their duties and work flow, provide initial training on our system, and then train the QA testers on how to perform their duties.
● Responsible for assigning a team of testers to a specific test project and coordinate their work
● Create monthly reports regarding tester’s activity and payments
● Work closely with the project managers and sales managers to ensure the test process, methodologies and tools are applied appropriately during the test session.

The company also offers a cloud-based, mobile app testing tool to help companies manage their mobile testing process and in-house QA teams.

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer to help scale and operate the core infrastructure behind a rapidly growing AI infrastructure platform. You will join an expanding infrastructure team focused on building reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient systems that power production workloads across a distributed environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to infrastructure, solving complex operational challenges, and improving system reliability in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes and networking
- Hands-on experience operating AWS infrastructure, especially EKS
- Strong Linux and distributed systems experience, including environments beyond fully managed cloud abstractions
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, and OpenTelemetry
- Experience with GitOps and deployment workflows (Helm, FluxCD or similar)
- Infrastructure as Code experience, ideally Terraform
- Experience with alert tuning, runbooks, and incident management practices
- Clear communicator able to work effectively in async, distributed teams
- Excellent English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have
- Experience with AI inference, ML infrastructure, or high-performance distributed systems
- Experience managing GPU fleets, bare-metal infrastructure, or multi-provider compute environments
- Experience using AI tools to improve engineering productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Build, operate, and continuously improve the infrastructure powering a distributed inference platform
- Own reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across AWS-based control planes and a multi-provider GPU fleet
- Design and maintain networking between control planes, Kubernetes clusters, and geographically distributed GPU hosts
- Operate and enhance Kubernetes-based orchestration (primarily EKS)
- Manage deployments and infrastructure using Helm, FluxCD, and Terraform
- Improve observability through metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry)
- Tune alerts, develop runbooks, and strengthen operational readiness as systems scale
- Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
- Collaborate with globally distributed engineers using clear asynchronous communication and structured handoffs.

Our client is an established international B2B SaaS product company that develops a cloud-based platform used by technology organizations to deliver interactive digital experiences for their customers and partners. The platform focuses on enabling complex workflows, collaboration, and scalable user environments delivered through public cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
• Contribute to the development of cloud-based product features with emphasis on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal teams and end users.
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of development standards.
• Implement automated testing and validate end-to-end functionality.
• Take ownership of features across the full development lifecycle, from implementation to production deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong backend development expertise with C# and .NET (mandatory).
• Experience with frontend development using Angular.
• Experience developing and managing solutions programmatically within public cloud environments, with a primary focus on AWS, followed by Azure and GCP.
• Strong collaboration skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Git, CI/CD systems (e.g., TeamCity or similar).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud-native or distributed systems architectures.
