We are looking for a Fractional CTO / AI Solutions Architect to join an early-stage AI-driven startup focused on enterprise modernization, centralized data workflows, and AI-powered operational solutions for the US market.

This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and client-facing communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a startup environment, helping shape technical direction, participating in strategic discussions, and supporting AI-focused transformation initiatives.

The product is currently at an early stage, so we are looking for someone who can balance high-level architecture thinking with practical execution and advisory support.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership roles
- Strong experience with cloud and distributed systems architecture
- Experience with AI/LLM-based solutions, workflow orchestration, or data platforms
- Understanding of enterprise modernization and AI-driven workflows
- Experience working directly with stakeholders, clients, or executive teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced English (C1+) is required, as the product and communication are focused on US-based clients - must have.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, LangChain, or similar technologies is a strong plus.
- Startup or consulting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Define and support the technical vision and architecture of the platform.
- Participate in client-facing meetings, discovery sessions, and strategic discussions.
- Help design AI-powered workflows and enterprise data solutions.
- Support technical due diligence and solution planning activities.
- Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams when needed.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance during the early product stage.
- Contribute to technology decisions, scalability planning, and platform evolution.

Engagement Model:
This is initially a fractional / part-time engagement with flexible involvement depending on the current project stage and business needs.
Depending on product growth, client expansion, and mutual interest from both sides, the role may evolve into a long-term or full-time leadership position in the future.

We are looking for an HR Generalist who genuinely enjoys working with people to join a small product company. The team is small and stable — most colleagues have been with the company for years. Thus, the priority here is keeping that culture strong, making the day-to-day employee experience excellent, and handling hiring when it does arise. This is not a role for someone chasing high-volume recruiting targets; it is a role for someone who cares deeply about the human side of work and stability.
This role reports directly to the CEO, who will be your day-to-day manager and main point of contact. You will work closely together on both strategic decisions and operational matters — so clear, confident communication in English is essential from day one.

Key Qualifications:
● 1+ year of experience as an HR Generalist in a product or service IT company.
● Solid understanding of core HR principles: employee relations, HR documentation, onboarding/offboarding cycles, and benefits management.
● Hands-on experience with the full recruitment cycle — from gathering job requirements and active sourcing, through interviews, offer negotiation, and closing.
● Familiarity with the typical workflows and rhythms of a product company.
● Proactive and self-driven: you identify what needs to be done and do it without waiting to be asked.
● Strong interpersonal skills and genuine empathy — you are energised by human interaction, not drained by it.
● Fluent spoken and written English — essential, as our CEO communicates exclusively in English.
● Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable switching between operational and strategic tasks in a small-team context.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience supporting accounting or finance teams (payroll data, invoice preparation).
● Practice drafting and reviewing HR documentation — contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, addenda.
● Background in a company of a similar size (10–30 people), where wearing multiple hats is the norm.

What you will do:

Day-to-Day HR Operations (≈ 80% of the role)
● Serve as the first point of contact for all employee queries — from HR policy questions to benefits, leaves, and everything in between.
● Own employee records: maintain accurate, up-to-date files for both active and former employees.
● Draft, update, and manage HR documentation — PTO policies, absence notification procedures, internal processes, and more.
● Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and discretion, providing guidance aligned with company policy.
● Manage employee benefits administration and liaise with relevant providers.

Onboarding & Offboarding
● Prepare employment contracts, NDAs, amendments, and all related paperwork — primarily for new hires.
● Support incoming employees before Day 1: corporate accounts, equipment setup, welcome coordination.
● Run structured offboarding end-to-end — knowledge transfer, access revocation, equipment collection, and stakeholder communication.
● Communicate departures and new arrivals to relevant internal stakeholders in a timely, professional manner.

Operations & Administrative Support
● Coordinate workplace operations: equipment procurement, maintenance, and repair.
● Assist the CEO and Accountant with payroll preparation — compiling data, preparing invoicing documents, and supporting salary payment processes.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (≈ 20% of the role)
● Define role requirements clearly before going to market.
● Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other relevant channels.
● Conduct interviews and coordinate all subsequent hiring steps.
● Manage offer negotiations and guide candidates through the closing process.

The company also offers a cloud-based, mobile app testing tool to help companies manage their mobile testing process and in-house QA teams.
