REQUIREMENTS:

- Extensive knowledge of and experience CRM Dynamics 365 - 2+ years

- Ability to design and configuration CRM, ERP

- Experience with data migration and implementation

- Experience with associated technologies such as SQL and Microsoft Power Platform

- Ability to support on reporting, administration, and support

- Great communication skills, including the ability to present and demonstrate technical information to stakeholders at all levels

- Ability to perform gap analysis, gather requirements and transform business needs into technical solution designs

- Project specification and documentation skills

- Problem-solving and creative solution development skills

- Exceptional project management skills including managing budgets and scope of work

- Experience of use acceptance testing

- Upper-Intermediate English because we work with foreign projects only.
- Certificate Customer Service module or Project Operations

RESPONSIBILITES:

- Communicating with clients, describing and analyzing business processes in order to transfer them to the system.

- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.

- Analyze and translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams

- Configuring and setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365: mainly Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals hubs.

- Creating project documentation, agreeing it with the client.

- Estimating labor costs for task performance, status control.

- Preparing technical tasks for the development team, communicating with them to implement modifications in the system.

- Performing acceptance testing — ensuring the provided functionality satisfies customer needs and requirements.

- Customer support during acceptance testing and deployment of new functions, Go-Live support.

- Training the key users, conducting demonstrations for clients.

In this role, you will create videos that grow our YouTube channel, podcasts, and other content formats - from educational materials for IT professionals to content for top-level corporate executives.

What you will do: 

• Create and edit content in various formats, including: 
• Interviews 
• News digests 
• Internal corporate videos 
• Short social media clips 
• Edit and optimize podcasts for YouTube, Spotify, and other audio platforms 
• Perform multi-camera and multi-track editing in Riverside 
• Edit long and short videos: trimming, intros/outros, subtitles, graphics 
• Add and mix audio effects, clean up speech tracks (remove pauses, clicks, filler sounds, etc.) 
• Repurpose content into formats suitable for different platforms 
• Write and refine video descriptions, titles, and tags to ensure engagement and discoverability 
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and timely delivery

We are looking for you if you: 

• Have proven experience working with YouTube channels and social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn) 
• Possess strong video and audio editing skills using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Riverside, and optionally are familiar with Canva, ChatGPT, or Spotify 
• Have experience with podcasts and multi-format content, including multi-camera and multi-track editing 
• Understand how to build a compelling story, write engaging titles and descriptions, and maintain viewer engagement 
• Are attentive to detail, capable of spotting and correcting imperfections, and ensuring high-quality output 
• Can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment 
• Have B2+ English and communicate confidently in professional contexts
