    You will play a key role in developing our YouTube channel, creating podcasts, and producing other content formats — from idea and strategy to full production and publishing.

    What you will do: 

    • Develop and implement a content growth strategy for YouTube and social media. 
    • Organize and conduct podcast recordings (online and offline). 
    • Create and edit content in various formats:

    • News digests 
    • Internal corporate videos 
    • Short social media clips 
    • Prepare scripts and storylines for interviews and podcasts. 
    • Edit and optimize podcasts for YouTube and audio platforms. 
    • Edit long and short videos: trimming, intros/outros, subtitles, graphics. 
    • Repurpose content into formats suitable for different platforms. 
    • Ensure content quality and timely delivery.

    In this role, you will create videos that grow our YouTube channel, podcasts, and other content formats - from educational materials for IT professionals to content for top-level corporate executives.

    What you will do: 

    • Create and edit content in various formats, including: 
    • Interviews 
    • News digests 
    • Internal corporate videos

    • Perform multi-camera and multi-track editing in Riverside 
    • Edit long and short videos: trimming, intros/outros, subtitles, graphics

    We are looking for you if you: 

    • Have proven experience working with YouTube channels and social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn) 
    • Possess strong video and audio editing skills using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Riverside, and optionally are familiar with Canva, ChatGPT, or Spotify 
    • Have experience with podcasts and multi-format content, including multi-camera and multi-track editing 
    • Understand how to build a compelling story, write engaging titles and descriptions, and maintain viewer engagement 
    • Are attentive to detail, capable of spotting and correcting imperfections, and ensuring high-quality output 
    • Can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
