We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will help us find and win new clients.
Your main focus will be applying to relevant jobs on Upwork and helping us grow our presence there. You should understand how Upwork works, how to improve profile visibility, ranking, and how to bring the account to the first pages. Upwork experience is required.
We also want to start growing LinkedIn outreach and cold outreach. If you have experience there — it is a big plus, and we can develop this direction together.
We are not only looking for someone who completes tasks, but for a person who understands what needs to be done, takes initiative, and constantly brings new ideas on how to improve lead generation and test new channels.
Experience with other platforms, tools, or outreach strategies is a strong advantage.
The role can be part-time or full-time depending on your skills, results, and ideas.
