Job Overview:

We are looking for a Job Search Agent to help clients find and apply for relevant job opportunities in the IT industry. You will be responsible for searching for vacancies daily and submitting applications using the client’s CV and other provided materials. You will work with multiple clients simultaneously and report on your daily progress.

This position is perfect for students or junior professionals looking for flexible remote work — with the key requirement being consistency and basic understanding of the IT field.

Responsibilities:

• Search for suitable IT-related job openings (e.g. for developers, testers, PMs, designers, etc.) on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

• Apply to selected positions on behalf of the client using their CV and template cover letters.

• Ensure daily productivity and meet weekly submission targets.

• Manage several clients simultaneously (2–5).

• Track and report on applications sent and responses received.

• Customize search based on each client’s skillset and preferences.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand English job descriptions (spoken English is not required).

• Access to a personal computer and stable internet connection.

• Basic understanding of the IT industry, such as:

• Common roles (e.g., frontend/backend developer, QA, DevOps, Product Manager, UI/UX designer, etc.)

• Programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.)

• Software development process (from idea to production)

• Strong attention to detail and self-discipline.

• Availability to work consistently every weekday (weekends optional).

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in job search, recruitment, or HR.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel for reporting.

• Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions.
