Responsibilities:
- Create advertising creatives (static images, videos, UGC-style content)
- Adapt creatives for different platforms: Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and others
- Generate ideas and creative concepts for ad campaigns
- Use AI tools to create and enhance visual content (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, DALL·E, Photoshop AI, etc.)
- Rapidly test creative hypotheses and iterate based on performance data
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and growth teams
Requirements:
- Experience creating advertising creatives for digital platforms
- Understanding of performance marketing and what makes creatives convert
- Confident use of AI tools for design and video
- Strong sense of style, trends, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work fast and handle a high volume of tasks
- Independence and proactive mindset
