    Що потрібно робити після випробувального терміну:

    • Надавати якісну підтримку користувачам у чаті.

    • Допомагати новим користувачам адаптуватися та почати роботу.

    DRCT is an aviation technology provider operating since 2016. Our primary business is NDC aggregation. We have direct connections to over 40 airlines. With us, travel agents can sell tickets from various airlines way cheaper than they do now.

    We are a small team of around 35 people working across Europe. Right now, we're actively expanding into new markets, with a strong focus on the Baltic region.

    What you will do:

    • Learn DRCT products and how the industry works.
    • Proactively reach out to travel agents and schedule demos.
    • Work with email sequences and handle objections.
    • Present the product to potential clients and drive contract signings.
    • Onboard new clients.
    • Persuade clients to start actively using the product.
    • Support clients with any ongoing issues they may have.
    • Upsell current partners to connect new channels and use other DRCT products.

     

    Must haves:

    • Available full-time or soon-to-be full-time.
    • Estonian OR Latvian OR Lithuanian language fluency in both speaking and writing.
    • English language fluency in both speaking and writing.
    • Hands-on experience in the aviation or travel industry:
      • You will have to quickly become an expert at NDC, GDS, OTA, agents, Amadeus, etc.
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales:
      • You should have a proven ability to drive revenue, meet and exceed sales targets, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
    • Highly responsible and disciplined:
      • Things will be going wrong all the time. There are no answers to all the questions. You have to take ownership and pay attention to details to get the most out of every situation.
    • Communicative and empathetic:
      • This is a customer-facing role. You have to deeply understand the problem each client is facing and sensibly address it with a personalized approach.
    • Quick learner and open to feedback:
      • The industry is not easy, and there will be a lot to learn. Do not get discouraged, but be motivated to be more proficient in the process of learning.

    We’re seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Operation Manager to support our COO in optimizing relationships with airlines, content suppliers, and technical providers. In this role, you'll ensure smooth communication, drive operational efficiency, and focus on lead generation, database management, and industry research to fuel business growth.
     

    What you'll do:

    • Assist the COO in managing relationships with airlines, content suppliers, and technical providers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
    • Address operational challenges and ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and discussions.
    • Assist in organizing meetings, calls, and events with internal teams and external stakeholders.
