DRCT is evolving from an NDC aggregator into a B2B operating platform for travel sellers.

Our goal is to give travel sellers one infrastructure layer to manage travel distribution, starting with Air and expanding into Hotels, Payments and other travel products.

We already have strong Air distribution capabilities and an established customer base. The next phase is about building a repeatable growth engine: acquiring the right customers, activating them quickly, expanding them across products and increasing their lifetime value.
 

About the role
 

We are looking for a Head of Growth who will own this transformation end-to-end.
You will be responsible for building the system that takes DRCT from:

customer acquisition → activation → transaction → multi-product adoption → retention → expansion → referral.

You will work directly with the founders, CEO, Product and Commercial teams and will have significant autonomy to build the Growth function.
 

What you’ll do
 

• Define and own DRCT’s growth strategy — identify our ICP, strongest customer segments, positioning and key growth opportunities.
• Build and scale customer acquisition across outbound, partnerships, referrals, account-based and product-led channels.
• Improve customer activation — optimise the journey from registration to first transaction and drive faster time-to-value.
• Drive customer expansion and retention — develop strategies to grow customers from Air → Hotels → Payments, increase transaction frequency and build long-term customer value.
• Own growth analytics — track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, activation, retention and contribution, and use data to identify what works and what to scale.
   

What success looks like
 

We are not measuring success by traffic, followers or the number of registered accounts. You’ll be focused on:

• Growth in active transactional customers
• Increased multi-product adoption
• Growth in customer contribution
• Improved 30 / 90 / 180 / 365-day retention
• Efficient CAC and payback by acquisition channel
   

What we’re looking for
 

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, travel tech or another transactional platform business;
• experience owning growth rather than only marketing;
• strong understanding of funnel analytics and unit economics;
• experience building acquisition channels from scratch;
• experience with product-led growth and/or account expansion;
• strong commercial judgment;
• ability to work hands-on with data, product and sales;
• experience operating in an international market.

We are DRCT — a travel-tech product company building SaaS solutions for the aviation industry. We help travel agencies and airlines access flight content more easily, automate workflows, and increase profitability through modern technology.
 

Since 2016, we’ve grown from a Ukrainian startup into an international group of companies operating across Poland, Saudi Arabia, the Baltics, and other European markets.
 

Now we are looking for someone to join our team and take an active role in growing our presence in the Polish market.
 

What you will do:
 

• Learn DRCT products and how the aviation industry works.
• Proactively reach out to travel agents (outbound) and schedule demos.
• Work with email sequences and handle objections.
• Present the product to potential clients and drive contract signings.
• Onboard new clients.
• Persuade clients to start actively using the product.
• Support clients with any ongoing issues they may have.
• Upsell current partners to connect new channels and use other DRCT products.
   

Requirements:
 

• Polish advanced speaking skills: 
  You can confidently communicate with clients in Polish and clearly deliver value.
• Based in Warsaw:
  You are currently located in Warsaw and available for in-person meetings with customers.
• 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales:
  You know where to find leads, how to approach them, and feel confident in outbound — it motivates you rather than drains you.
• Strong ownership mentality: 
  You`re able to take responsibility for your actions, leads, and performance. You care about the final result, not just completing tasks.
• Active and high-energy: 
  You are easy to talk to, build rapport quickly, and bring positive, confident energy into every interaction.
• Interested in the aviation field:
  You are curious about the aviation industry, care about what you sell, and are ready to learn a complex product domain.
• Fast learner and self-educator:
  You quickly deep dive into new topics, independently search for answers, and adapt fast in complex environments.
• Highly responsible and disciplined:
  You can take responsibility and pay attention to detail.
• Communicative and empathetic:
  You can deeply understand the problems each client is facing and address them with a personalized approach.
   

Will be a big plus:
 

• Ukrainian advanced speaking skills.
• Passion for startups and technology.
• Experience in the aviation ticketing field (GDS, NDC).
