Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled UAT Tester to join our stellar team. As a UAT Tester, you will validate AI functionality, analyze system performance, and test document processing workflows. Your key tasks include working with PDF documents, creating bug reports, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test AI-powered features and validate system performance.

- Work with PDF documents and verify AI processing accuracy.

- Identify and report bugs using Jira.

- Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve functionality.

Requirements:

- Experience with Bluebeam.

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer who will work at the intersection of LLMs, classical algorithms, and applied machine learning, focusing on designing and improving intelligent systems that solve complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive research, prioritize and analyze possible approaches to solving complex technical problems.
• Audit existing algorithms and improve them using LLM/ML approaches.
• Design and develop new solutions that combine LLMs with traditional algorithmic techniques.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI, mathematical optimization, or a closely related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
• Experience with neural networks for object classification, detection, and segmentation.
• Strong mathematical and statistical foundation (linear algebra, Euclidean geometry, probability).

Ти будеш працювати з системою Drawer AI, яка автоматично аналізує PDF-креслення, аналізує найкращі маршрути для прокладання електричних мереж, групує сьоркути, рахує навантаження та формує специфікації.

Що ти будеш робити:

• Перевіряти результати Drawer AI:

- Чи правильно AI знайшов розетки, світильники, панелі?
- Чи правильно побудовані маршрути і групування?
- Чи підрахунки навантаження точні?
- Все це — в PDF/Web-інтерфейсі.
 

• Тестувати продукт на реальних проектах:

- Беремо креслення клієнта.
- Проходимо повний процес через Drawer AI.
- Потім перевіряємо, що AI все зробив як слід — і якщо ні, то:
- Створюєш баг-репорт в JIRA (навчимо як);
- Детально описуєш проблему (що не так і як має бути).
 

•  Допомагати покращувати продукт:

- Порівнювати, як AI працює проти “ручного” способу (іноді треба буде зробити руками те саме, що зробив AI, для перевірки);
- Відстежувати якість результатів у цифрах (наприклад, 83% пристроїв знайдено точно);
- Давати зворотній зв’язок команді девелоперів і продактів.
 

• Працювати з тренувальними даними:

- Структурувати PDF-и та креслення, на яких ми тренуємо AI;
- Вибирати з них релевантні приклади для тестів;
- Стежити за порядком у документації та матеріалах.
 

• Допомагати з проектами клієнта:

- Допомагати нашим клієнтам отримати якісний фінальний результат;
- Перевіряти та підтверджувати, що AI зробив усе як слід, перед тим як ми передамо креслення замовнику.
 

Ця робота для тебе, якщо ти:

- Електрик, проектувальник, або просто вмієш читати електричні креслення;
- Хочеш вийти на новий рівень і зайти в AI / ІТ;

- Знаєш Revit;
- Готовий вивчити американські стандарти (навчимо);
- Вмієш бути уважним до деталей, спокійно працювати з PDF-ами;
- Знаєш англійську на рівні, щоб читати американські креслення або писати тікети в JIRA;

• Create compelling messaging, ads, and campaigns that resonate with target customers.
• Build marketing automations and scalable workflows using modern tools, APIs, and AI.

• Proven experience running performance marketing or demand generation campaigns.

As a Senior Python Developer at Drawer.AI, you will help build and improve our platform for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. You will work closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable backend solutions while contributing to architectural decisions and technical improvements across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the existing architecture and propose improvements based on business and product requirements;
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django;
• Take ownership of complex technical tasks from design to delivery;
• Improve system performance, reliability, maintainability, and code quality;
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making;
• Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Frontend teams to deliver new functionality;
• Support and contribute to engineering best practices across the team.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience;
• Strong hands-on experience with Django;
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL databases;
