We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer who will work at the intersection of LLMs, classical algorithms, and applied machine learning, focusing on designing and improving intelligent systems that solve complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive research, prioritize and analyze possible approaches to solving complex technical problems.
• Audit existing algorithms and improve them using LLM/ML approaches.
• Design and develop new solutions that combine LLMs with traditional algorithmic techniques.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI, mathematical optimization, or a closely related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
• Experience with neural networks for object classification, detection, and segmentation.
• Strong mathematical and statistical foundation (linear algebra, Euclidean geometry, probability).
• Strong expertise in algorithms and data structures (graph theory, computational geometry, mathematical optimization).
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
• Proven experience writing custom algorithms and heuristics, and integrating them with ML approaches.
• Experience deploying models in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock).
• Experience building LLM-powered pipelines with LangChain.

Nice to have:

• Experience with graph neural networks (GNNs).
• Experience extracting and processing information from PDF and SVG files.
• Experience with Django, FastAPI.
• Track record of integrating LLMs into production products.

This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership - you will own architecture decisions, guide the team, and ensure high-quality delivery of performance-critical visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of interactive web experiences using WebGL & Three.js.

• Own frontend architecture, rendering strategy, and performance optimization.

• Integrate Three.js functionality into React-based applications.

- Створюєш баг-репорт в JIRA (навчимо як);
- Детально описуєш проблему (що не так і як має бути).
 

•  Допомагати покращувати продукт:

- Порівнювати, як AI працює проти “ручного” способу (іноді треба буде зробити руками те саме, що зробив AI, для перевірки);
- Відстежувати якість результатів у цифрах (наприклад, 83% пристроїв знайдено точно);
- Давати зворотній зв’язок команді девелоперів і продактів.
 

• Працювати з тренувальними даними:

- Структурувати PDF-и та креслення, на яких ми тренуємо AI;
- Вибирати з них релевантні приклади для тестів;

- Допомагати нашим клієнтам отримати якісний фінальний результат;
- Перевіряти та підтверджувати, що AI зробив усе як слід, перед тим як ми передамо креслення замовнику.
