Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process incoming emails and requests.
• Prepare materials and clients for product demos.
• Conduct outreach to target companies and communicate with potential clients.
• Assist with follow-ups and basic sales operations.
• Maintain clean CRM records and support the sales workflow.
 

Requirements:

• Excellent English — written & spoken.
• CRM experience (HubSpot).
• Previous sales experience targeting the US market.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

What this role is not:
• This is not a direct sales or closing position at the beginning.
• No hard selling required a focus is on organization, communication, and pre-sales support.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on LinkedIn outbound. This role is about strong written communication, structured outreach, and working with large volumes of data to consistently generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run LinkedIn outbound activities end-to-end: prospecting, first touch, and follow-ups.

• Write clear, human, and personalized messages (no “Dear Sir” style).

• Qualify leads and pass interested prospects to the Sales Lead.

• Work with large datasets of leads, replies, and conversion metrics.

• Maintain structured data and reports in Google Sheets.
• Test and iterate messaging approaches to improve response and conversion rates.
 

Requirements:

• Proven experience with LinkedIn outbound sales.

• Strong written English with the ability to write naturally and persuasively.

• Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.

• Confident use of Google Sheets.

• Experience with HubSpot.

Nice to have:

• Experience living or working in US / Canada.

• CRM experience (HubSpot or similar).

• Share customer feedback with Product and Sales teams.
 

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or a similar role.

• Confident customer communication (chat & calls).

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role.

• Availability to work until 12:00 AM Kyiv time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create visual interface concepts.
• Communicate new concepts and their key objectives to the product team.
• Design a complex UI similar to CAD systems (workspaces, canvases, toolbars, panels, context menus).
• Develop and maintain Design System.
 

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a Product/UX/UI Designer with a focus on UI concepts.
• English proficiency above B2 level (frequent communication with stakeholders required).
• Strong understanding of UX patterns for tool-based applications (toolbars, hotkeys, multi selects, context actions, drag-and-drop).
• Experience with complex, multi-panel interfaces.
• Proven Figma skills: extending design systems to build new features.
• Understanding of power-user workflows and keyboard shortcuts.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping).

Nice to have:

• Experience designing interfaces for CAD products (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools used by engineers and estimators).

We’re looking for a Senior Three.js / WebGL Developer to build interactive, high-performance WebGL features for a product environment.

This is a hands-on role with ownership over rendering architecture, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build complex interactive web experiences using Three.js & WebGL.
• Own rendering architecture, scene structure, and performance strategy.
• Integrate WebGL / Three.js functionality into React-based web applications.
• Optimize rendering pipelines, GPU usage, and browser memory performance.
• Work closely with Product and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Make senior-level technical decisions related to visual systems and performance trade-offs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on interactive graphics.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Three.js / WebGL in production environments.
• Deep understanding of 3D rendering pipelines, scene optimization, and GPU performance.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven experience optimizing rendering performance, memory usage, and large or complex scenes.
• Experience integrating Three.js / WebGL solutions into complex web applications.
