Role Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our team for the afternoon shift (starting after 3:00 PM Kyiv time). In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for users, helping them troubleshoot issues and ensuring a smooth experience with our platform during off-peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support via email, chat, or ticketing system (HubSpot) during evening hours.

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist users with step-by-step guidance.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Engineering team when needed.

• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our internal systems.

• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and support documentation.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Requirements:

• English proficiency: Upper Intermediate or higher, especially in written communication.

• Basic technical literacy: Understanding of common platforms (browsers, email clients, mobile apps, etc.).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to follow procedures and accurately document work.

Що ти будеш робити:

• Перевіряти результати Drawer AI:

- Чи правильно AI знайшов розетки, світильники, панелі?
- Чи правильно побудовані маршрути і групування?
- Чи підрахунки навантаження точні?
- Все це — в PDF/Web-інтерфейсі.
 

• Тестувати продукт на реальних проектах:

- Беремо креслення клієнта.
- Проходимо повний процес через Drawer AI.
- Потім перевіряємо, що AI все зробив як слід — і якщо ні, то:
- Створюєш баг-репорт в JIRA (навчимо як);
- Детально описуєш проблему (що не так і як має бути).
 

•  Допомагати покращувати продукт:

- Порівнювати, як AI працює проти “ручного” способу (іноді треба буде зробити руками те саме, що зробив AI, для перевірки);
- Відстежувати якість результатів у цифрах (наприклад, 83% пристроїв знайдено точно);
- Давати зворотній зв’язок команді девелоперів і продактів.
 

• Працювати з тренувальними даними:

- Структурувати PDF-и та креслення, на яких ми тренуємо AI;
- Вибирати з них релевантні приклади для тестів;
- Стежити за порядком у документації та матеріалах.
 

• Допомагати з проектами клієнта:

- Допомагати нашим клієнтам отримати якісний фінальний результат;
- Перевіряти та підтверджувати, що AI зробив усе як слід, перед тим як ми передамо креслення замовнику.

Наш продукт аналізує будівельні креслення, знаходить електричне обладнання, групує електричні кола, будує маршрути прокладання кондуїтів, розраховує обсяги матеріалів і допомагає створювати BIM-моделі електричних систем.
Ми розширюємо BIM-команду та шукаємо спеціалістів, які працюватимуть над реальними будівельними проєктами у США.
Основна робота відбуватиметься не в Revit, а у власному 2D/3D-редакторі Drawer.AI. Тому для нас важливі не лише знання конкретної програми, а просторове мислення, уважність, технічна логіка та бажання розвиватися у BIM і електричному будівництві.

Обов'язки:

• Працювати з електричними кресленнями американських будівельних проєктів.
• Створювати та перевіряти 2D- і 3D-моделі електричних систем у редакторі DrawerAI.
• Розміщувати електричне обладнання, коробки, панелі та інші елементи моделі.
• Перевіряти маршрути прокладання кондуїтів і коригувати їх за потреби.
• Перевіряти результати, створені автоматично системою DrawerAI.

• Готувати моделі, креслення, специфікації та інші матеріали для передачі клієнту.

• Поступово вивчати принципи проєктування електричних систем і стандарти будівництва у США.
  
  Ми очікуємо:
• Досвід роботи з Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Archicad, Tekla, SolidWorks, Civil 3D або іншим технічним 2D/3D-редактором.
• Розуміння базових принципів роботи з кресленнями та 3D-моделями.
• Хороше просторове й логічне мислення.
• Уважність до деталей і здатність помічати невідповідності.
• Впевнене користування комп’ютером і готовність швидко опановувати нові інструменти.
• Здатність самостійно організовувати свою роботу та відповідально ставитися до результату.
• Англійську на рівні, достатньому для читання креслень, технічних приміток і робочого листування.
• Готовність навчатися та працювати з великим обсягом технічної інформації.
  
  Буде сильною перевагою:
• Практичний досвід роботи в Revit.
• Досвід у BIM або VDC.
• Досвід моделювання інженерних систем.
• Знання електрики або досвід роботи електриком, інженером чи проєктувальником.
• Уміння читати електричні плани, panel schedules, one-line diagrams та інші технічні креслення.
• Досвід роботи над міжнародними або американськими будівельними проєктами.
• Знання Navisworks і розуміння процесу координації моделей.
• Базове розуміння американського стандарту NEC.

Досвід в електриці є перевагою, але не обов’язковою вимогою. Ми готові навчати мотивованих кандидатів, які мають технічне мислення та хочуть розвиватися в цьому напрямі.

Role Overview:

At Drawer.AI, we're not just another IT company – we're on a mission to revolutionize the way the world sees Construction Industry with Generative Design and Reinforcement Learning.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst who is passionate about understanding business needs and translating them into clear, structured documentation. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in requirement gathering and business analysis, even outside the software industry.

You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and developers — collecting requirements, maintaining product documentation, and supporting the development team throughout the project lifecycle. If you’re analytical, quick to learn, and eager to grow as a Business Analyst — we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform business ideas into simple User Stories and Use Cases;
• Collecting, analysing, determining requirements;
• Maintain Knowledge database and be an entry point for all the questions raised by developers related to business logic;
• Build effective communication channels with developers and stakeholders;
• Lead technical refinement (grooming) sessions with a team.

Requirements:

• English upper-intermediate or higher (B2/C1);
• Effective "human being" writing skills (not chat GPT/robotic style);
• 1+ year of experience working with business analysis/collecting; requirements in any business domain (not limited to software development);
• Experience in writing technical documentation, User Stories, Use Cases;
• Understanding of SDLC;
• Analytical mindset;
• Ability to learn fast;
• Desire to develop yourself as a Business Analyst.
