You Should Have

• 2+ years experience in social media marketing (gaming industry highly preferred)
• A portfolio that proves you understand internet culture and gaming communities
• Native fluency in meme economy and can tell the difference between a trend and cringe
• Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, whatever works)
• Analytics skills beyond "number go up = good"
