    About us: We are a modern provider of electronic document management solutions for businesses of various fields and industries, from small businesses to corporate companies. We transform and change the approach to working with documents between companies and teams, automating and simplifying the process of document exchange.

    About the role: We’re looking for a proactive and driven Partner Development Manager to build and scale our global partner network. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B or SaaS partnerships, excited to take ownership of partnership strategy and execution from the ground up.

    You’ll work directly with the leadership team, help define our partner playbook, identify and onboard new resellers, referral and WhiteLabel partners, and actively support their success.

        Key tasks:

    • Build and launch a scalable partner program (reseller, referral, and white-label);
    • Create and adapt partner program materials: agreements, onboarding docs, sales enablement kits, etc.;
    • Conduct market research and identify high-potential regions and verticals;
    • Source and engage with prospective partners (VARs, resellers, consultants, integrators);
    • Lead product demos, partnership negotiations, and deal closures;
    • Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement;
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve partner success.

        Skills and required competencies:

    • 3+ years of experience building and managing B2B and/or SaaS partner programs;
    • Proven experience in partner acquisition and enablement;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
    • Fluency in English (written and verbal);
    • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and project management skills;
    • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.

      What we offer:

    • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses;
    • Flexible schedule and remote work;
    • Travel opportunities (industry events, partner onboarding);
    • Direct influence on international expansion strategy;
    • Professional growth in a high-impact role.
