DocStudio is looking for a versatile marketer to support and grow our marketing activities. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, and analytical input to help strengthen DocStudio’s presence in the B2B software space.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans for LinkedIn and DocStudio blog (writing, visuals, publishing).
• Create product enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, graphics).
• Launch and manage email marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales.
• Update and create content for the website (features, applications, visuals).
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
• Occasionally: support with external publications, press releases, video content, and event graphics.
   

Your Skills
 

• Strong copywriting and advanced English.
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, or similar).
• Experience with content management and digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and email marketing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bonus: SEO knowledge, video editing, IT/document management sector awareness.

🧩 QA Automation Engineer (Cypress) — 1-year contract | Bratislava / Hybrid

Company: International product team
Project: Migration of an existing regression test suite (2000+ test cases) from TOSCA → Cypress
Format: Contractor position | 1-year contract | Hybrid (2–3 days/week in Bratislava office)

🔍 Requirements:

• 1–2 years of full-time experience as a QA Automation Engineer
• Strong hands-on skills with Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Web testing: functional, UI/UX, responsive, cross-browser
• API testing: RESTful APIs using Postman, Cypress, or custom scripts
• Database validation: SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• CI/CD integration: Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Version control: Git, GitLab
• Test management: JIRA
• Debugging tools: Chrome DevTools
• Experience with TOSCA — a big plus

🧠 Responsibilities:

• Migrate existing regression tests from TOSCA to Cypress
• Automate web and API testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams

About the role: We’re looking for a proactive and driven Partner Development Manager to build and scale our global partner network. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B or SaaS partnerships, excited to take ownership of partnership strategy and execution from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the leadership team, help define our partner playbook, identify and onboard new resellers, referral and WhiteLabel partners, and actively support their success.

Key tasks:

• Build and launch a scalable partner program (reseller, referral, and white-label);
• Create and adapt partner program materials: agreements, onboarding docs, sales enablement kits, etc.;
• Conduct market research and identify high-potential regions and verticals;
• Source and engage with prospective partners (VARs, resellers, consultants, integrators);
• Lead product demos, partnership negotiations, and deal closures;
• Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement;

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve partner success.

   

Skills and required competencies:

• 3+ years of experience building and managing B2B and/or SaaS partner programs;
• Proven experience in partner acquisition and enablement;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English (written and verbal);
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and project management skills;

• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Про роль

Шукаємо Technical Writer, який зможе повністю перебудувати нашу існуючу документацію, створити новий стиль та підхід, а також робити зрозумілі, візуально структуровані матеріали, орієнтовані на кінцевого користувача.

Що ви будете робити:

• Інтерв’ювати команду розробки та активно брати участь у процесах продукту;
• Створювати нову документацію українською та англійською мовами;
• Описувати флоу роботи продукту «з нуля», орієнтуючись на кінцевого користувача;
• Оновлювати та замінювати стару технічну документацію;
• Описувати технічні матеріали так, щоб вони були простими, логічними та візуально приємними;
• Наповнювати документацію скріншотами, візуалізаціями, гіфками, короткими відео;
• Переконуватись, що всі візуальні матеріали створені самостійно (no stock);
• Писати кейси використання продукту (use cases) двома мовами;
• Створювати покрокові гайди та інструкції;

• Пропонувати й впроваджувати новий стиль документування - текстовий і візуальний, дотримуватись єдиного стилю.

• Вміння структурувати великий обсяг інформації;
• Самостійність, ініціативність, уважність до деталей.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи з продуктом SaaS.
• Розуміння UI/UX.

• Навички роботи з інструментами типу: Notion, Confluence, Scribe, Loom, Figma тощо.
