About the role: We’re looking for a proactive and driven Partner Development Manager to build and scale our global partner network. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B or SaaS partnerships, excited to take ownership of partnership strategy and execution from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the leadership team, help define our partner playbook, identify and onboard new resellers, referral and WhiteLabel partners, and actively support their success.

    Key tasks:

• Build and launch a scalable partner program (reseller, referral, and white-label);
• Create and adapt partner program materials: agreements, onboarding docs, sales enablement kits, etc.;
• Conduct market research and identify high-potential regions and verticals;
• Source and engage with prospective partners (VARs, resellers, consultants, integrators);
• Lead product demos, partnership negotiations, and deal closures;
• Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement;

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve partner success.

   

    Skills and required competencies:

• 3+ years of experience building and managing B2B and/or SaaS partner programs;
• Proven experience in partner acquisition and enablement;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English (written and verbal);
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and project management skills;

About the Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about ensuring high product quality through effective testing practices and close collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Perform functional, UI/UX, cross-browser, and responsive web application testing.
• Execute API testing for RESTful services using Postman, Cypress, or custom scripts.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity through database testing and SQL queries.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and support test automation integration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and testing approaches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Experience with test automation using Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Experience in web application testing, including:
  • Functional testing
  • UI/UX testing
  • Cross-browser testing
  • Responsive testing
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman, Cypress, or custom scripts.
• Good understanding of SQL and database validation (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience with Git and GitLab.
• Experience using JIRA or similar test/issue management tools.
• Strong debugging skills and proficiency with Chrome DevTools.
• Intermediate or higher English level.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of additional test automation frameworks and QA best practices.
• Experience with performance or security testing.
