    Work Expectations:

     

    • Available 40 hours per week.
    • Availability to work in EST Time zone 9-17:00 is essential. 
    • Reachable after-hours and weekends for critical issues.
    • Fluent English and strong communication are key.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Client communication must be top-notch
    • Assisting clients and internal team over the video meeting, phone, chat and email in resolving website and server-related issues.
    • Assign, track and Q/A Trello tasks for clients

     

    Technical Abilities:

     

    Being able to resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Issues include but are not limited to:

     

    • Website glitches (broken elements on site, contact form delivery, permalink issues, unsecure site, unresponsive site)
    • Hosting configurations
    • SSL and domain setup
    • Troubleshooting email issues
    • Setting up Google Analytics, Google Search Console and fixing tracking issues
    • Fixing email issues
    • DNS setup for website and emails 
    • Basic API configurations 
    • SMTP Setup for contact forms delivery
    • Basic on-page SEO is required

    • Excellent command of the English language with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Problem-solving attitude with a continuous learning mindset to adapt to evolving client challenges and digital marketing trends.
    • Client-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and content optimization.
    • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
    • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and experience in content optimization.
