    We're Diversido, a full-stack software development studio focused on digital health and education. We partner with startups across HealthTech, EdTech, and IoT, helping them launch and grow with tech that’s solid, smart, and scalable. We're profitable, flexible, and business-oriented.     Now we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to take ownership of a healthcare project built around interactive learning. It's a remote role, part of a small, senior team where you'll be the main developer. If you’re hands-on, curious about AI, and enjoy building real solutions, keep reading.

     

     

    What You'll Be Working On

    We’re building a learning platform for U.S. healthcare professionals, one that replaces static content with an AI-powered assistant that helps users learn through conversation. It adapts to their knowledge level, helps solve clinical cases, and evaluates their understanding in a way that’s interactive and meaningful.

    The product is live and growing. You’ll be responsible for feature development, fixing bugs, and helping shape the platform’s future architecture.

     

     

    Our Tech Stack

    Front-End:

    • React 18 + Vite
    • Emotion, Material UI (MUI)
    • React Query
    • PDF and Markdown generation

    Back-End:

    • Node.js 20+, Express (NestJS is a bonus)
    • TypeScript
    • GraphQL (Apollo / Vanilla)
    • PostgreSQL, Redis
    • ORMs: Knex, Sequelize, or TypeORM
    • Langchain, Pub/Sub (AWS / RabbitMQ), Pusher

    What We're Looking For

    Must-Have:

    • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development
    • Strong skills with Node.js, React, and TypeScript
    • Good spoken and written English (B2+)
    • Experience with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Redis

    Nice to Have:

    • Python experience (especially FastAPI or Langchain)
    • AI enthusiasm or experience in AI-powered products
    • Familiarity with healthcare or edtech products

    Soft Skills:

    • Clear, honest communicator
    • Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
    • Open to feedback and collaborative
    • Positive attitude, solution-focused
    • Comfortable working independently and owning the dev process

     

     

    What to Expect Day-to-Day

    • Add new features to an existing solution
    • Fix occasional bugs and support users
    • Collaborate with designers, QA, PM, and client CTO
    • Help with future solution architecture
    • Weekly team meetings, planning sessions, and client check-ins
    • Flexible work hours with some overlap with the team and client
