    We’re a fast-growing SEO agency based in Germany, founded by Ukrainians, working with clients across the US and Europe. Now, we’re looking for a Middle SEO Specialist who’s ready to take ownership, drive impact, and bring smart SEO solutions to the table.

    ✅ What We Expect from You:

    • 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
    • Hands-on experience with US or European markets (DACH is a big plus).
    • Solid technical SEO knowledge — crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals.
    • Strong command of Google Search Console — you know every tab.
    • Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others.
    • A strategic mindset — you understand marketing, not just search.
    • Experience using AI tools & automation in SEO processes.
    • Curiosity, experimentation, and love for problem-solving.
       

    🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Leading SEO projects for US and EU clients with ownership and autonomy.
    • Digging deep into business models to find real growth levers.
    • Conducting advanced SEO audits (technical, content, intent-based).
    • Analyzing not just links — but full competitor strategies.
    • Implementing AI and automation in SEO workflows.
    • Building strategies that work — not just delivering docs.
    • Handling up to 5 projects so you can focus and deliver real value.
