Digital Cloud Training

We run an online training business and are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Developer to manage our systems and keep everything running smoothly. This is not a basic IT or VA role. You will own and maintain the core systems that run the business, including our learning platform, website, integrations, payments, and internal tools. You will also improve workflows using AI and automation.

⚠️ This role requires a strong IT background. If your experience is mainly in AI tools, no-code automation, or recent learning without real-world system ownership, this role is not a fit.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain LearnWorlds (courses, access, bundles, user experience, integrations)
• Own and manage core systems including HubSpot, OnceHub, Fathom, Google Workspace, Brevo, SignNow, Referly, Certifier
• Build and maintain automations using n8n, APIs and webhooks
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows using AI and automation
• Fix WordPress issues including bugs, plugins, themes and integrations
• Manage Stripe or similar payment systems and troubleshoot payment flows
• Ensure access is only granted after payment is confirmed
• Maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta events
• Monitor systems, resolve issues and coordinate with vendors
• Implement security, backups and basic disaster recovery
• Onboard staff, set up accounts and provide ongoing support
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation
• Manage vendor relationships and handle contract negotiations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT, systems administration, or technical operations (required — do not apply without this)
• Proven experience managing live production systems (websites, platforms, integrations or SaaS environments)
• Strong hands-on experience with LearnWorlds (or similar LMS)
• 3+ years working with WordPress, including debugging plugins, themes and integrations
• Experience with Stripe or other payment systems, including troubleshooting payment flows and access control
• Strong Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics skills (implementation and debugging)
• Strong experience with HubSpot (automation, workflows and admin)
• Experience managing tools like OnceHub, Brevo, SignNow, Referly, Certifier
• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills for debugging and front-end fixes
• Hands-on experience with n8n (or Zapier/Make, but n8n preferred)
• Experience building automations using APIs and webhooks
• Strong use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for real technical work and workflow improvement
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple connected systems
• Excellent written and spoken English
