Requirements

• Confident Windows power user.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, especially written.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving; ability to think outside the box.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technical service desk/call center providing technical support.
• Hands-on with online customer support/ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide email-based support with clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve issues.
• Gather details on unusual or complex cases and document them for the supervisor or tech team; escalate when needed.

Необхідні навички:

- Базові знання C++;

- Розуміння основ об'єктно-орієнтованого програмування (ООП);

- Знання базових алгоритмів і структур даних;

- Базові знання STL;

- Впевнене користування середовищем розробки Visual Studio;

- Знання англійської мови на рівні читання технічної документації;

- Бажання навчатися та розвиватися;

- Вміння працювати у команді. 

Буде плюсом:

- Початковий досвід роботи з ОС Windows (WinAPI);

- Базові знання шаблонів проєктування;

- Базові знання C# (WPF, UWP, WinUI);

- Базові знання DirectX або інших бібліотек для графіки;

- Досвід роботи з системами контролю версій (Git);

- Участь у власних або навчальних  проєктах (репозиторії проєктів).
