About the Role

A globally recognized service platform that connects businesses with professionals and managed teams across design, development, marketing, video, content, branding, AI and more. The company provides a high-touch service for clients with complex, cross-functional requests.
You will work on the high-touch service side of the platform and be the first point of contact for inbound client requests.
Your main responsibility is to turn incoming inquiries into clear, categorized briefs and route them to the right internal team for execution.

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound service leads.
• Conducting 10+ structured discovery calls per day.
• Clarifying client goals, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Assigning each request to the correct service category (e.g. development, design, branding, marketing, video, content, AI, etc.).
• Routing requests to the appropriate internal team.
• Explaining available service options and next steps to clients.
• Identifying complementary services that could help the client reach an end-to-end solution.
• Writing short, clear notes so the next team understands the context and next steps.
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B service sales (e.g. outsourcing, consulting, digital services).
• English: C1 — excellent verbal communication and call presence.
• Ability to handle a high volume of structured client conversations or discovery calls.
• Strong communication skills, clear logic, and a professional, confident manner on calls.
• Broad understanding of marketing, design, development, or creative/tech services, enough to understand the type of client request and where it belongs.

About the Project

You’ll join a long-term platform that helps investors build diversified private market portfolios across real estate, private credit, private equity, and more. Your role is to lead a from-scratch integration of MuleSoft IDP and connect it with the existing Salesforce ecosystem, enabling automated data ingestion for non-technical business users. The platform has existed since 2015, and now the client is introducing MuleSoft as a key part of their next-stage transformation.

This is a project assignment for 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Set up MuleSoft IDP from scratch and configure the full integration flow.
• Connect MuleSoft IDP with Salesforce and ensure stable, bidirectional data ingestion.
• Establish integration patterns, templates, and reusable workflows for internal teams.
• Enable business teams to use MuleSoft IDP without technical expertise.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in integrations (API design, integration patterns, data flows)
• 1+ year with MuleSoft IDP, including hands-on work in the last 12 months
• 1 year of experience with Salesforce integrations

Responsibilities:

• Manage several projects in parallel (web + marketing initiatives) and drive delivery end-to-end.
• Own priorities, timelines, coordination, status updates, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional team: WordPress developers, designers, and external partners when needed.
• Run workflows for SEO/PPC/content/growth: briefs, handovers, checkpoints, approvals, launches.
• Keep communication crisp: recaps, action lists, documentation, risk management, unblocking.
• Review deliverables before client-facing to ensure quality & consistency (brand/content/SEO/UX).
• Improve internal operations: templates, workflows, reporting, handovers (“build the agency OS”).
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing multiple projects simultaneously (agency/web studio/product environments).
• 2+ years coordinating SEO + PPC/SEM + content/growth campaigns (not necessarily hands-on specialist, but you understand and can manage).
• Strong communication and ownership: you can unblock, align people, and push projects to completion.
• Comfortable with WordPress project delivery and working with design/dev teams.
