We are looking for a Rust Developer to join an experienced engineering team working on institutional-grade crypto and blockchain infrastructure.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on pure Rust systems development, cryptographic infrastructure, secure key management, and HSM integrations. You will work on security-sensitive systems where reliability, correctness, and deep engineering expertise are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop production-grade systems software in Rust.
• Build and maintain secure cryptographic services and infrastructure components.
• Develop hands-on integrations with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and vendor-specific APIs.
• Work with PKCS#11 and HSM-based cryptographic workflows.
• Integrate and support HSM platforms from vendors such as Thales, IBM, Utimaco, and Securosys.
• Design and implement secure key management and cryptographic workflows.
• Contribute to systems supporting institutional crypto and tokenized asset platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex low-level issues across application, cryptographic, and infrastructure layers.
• Participate in architecture design, technical decisions, and code reviews.
• Ensure high standards of security, reliability, performance, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects in a distributed international team.

   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong Senior / Staff-level ownership.
• Strong hands-on Rust development experience.
• Proven experience building systems-level software in pure Rust.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, concurrency, memory safety, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience integrating with HSM hardware and vendor-specific solutions.
• Experience with one or more of:
  • Thales
  • IBM
  • Utimaco
  • Securosys
  • PKCS#11
• Strong understanding of cryptographic systems and secure key management.
• Experience designing and implementing security-sensitive production systems.
• Relevant experience with institutional TradFi, digital assets, or tokenized asset platforms.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system-design skills.

• Ability to work independently on complex technical problems and take ownership from design through production.

   

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with crypto custody, wallet infrastructure, or digital asset platforms.
• Knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and transaction processing.
• Experience with cryptographic libraries and protocols.
• Experience with secure enclaves, HSM clusters, or high-availability cryptographic services.

• Experience working in highly regulated financial environments.

The Role:

Digicode is strengthening its market presence at the industry’s most important gathering points. We’re looking for a Sales & Event Manager to own our iGaming event participation end-to-end — from organizer negotiations through on-the-ground representation — while actively supporting sales conversations and community engagement across our European target markets.

This is a hybrid role: part event operations, part sales, part community-building. It suits someone who is equally comfortable negotiating a booth package with an event organizer and pitching a product to a prospect on the show floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Logistics

• Manage end-to-end participation in flagship events (SBC, SiGMA, ICE) and targeted regional events (iGaming DACH, iGaming Germany, and others as identified)
• Negotiate with event organizers on price, booth location, and services packages
• Coordinate internally to confirm attendee lists, travel plans, and booth staffing

• Handle all bookings and reservations (travel, accommodation, booth logistics) on time and manage changes as they arise

   

Sales & Booth Representation

• Represent Digicode as an active member of the booth team during events
• Develop and maintain deep working knowledge of the DigerSuite portfolio, product updates, target markets, and Digicode’s competitive advantages and differentiators, to hold credible initial conversations with prospects

• Qualify and capture leads generated at events, feeding them into the sales pipeline

   

Marketing Coordination

• Liaise with the marketing team on booth design, printed and digital marketing materials, and event giveaways ahead of each event
• Ensure materials and messaging are aligned with current product positioning and event goals

• Flag gaps or new needs (e.g. updated collateral for a new feature or market) proactively ahead of upcoming events

   

Community & Relationship Management

• Participate in industry community events and networking activities across target European markets
• Build and maintain relationships with operators, partners, and industry contacts to support brand awareness and pipeline development

• Contribute to lead generation and qualification efforts beyond the event calendar itself

   

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging both organizers and prospects
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail — able to manage multiple moving logistical pieces without dropping the ball
• Creative problem-solver, able to adapt when plans change on short notice
• Genuine interest in or willingness to quickly learn the iGaming industry and Digicode’s product suite, and to keep that knowledge current as products and positioning evolve

• Comfortable with regular European travel

   

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in event management, trade show coordination, or B2B sales within iGaming or an adjacent regulated industry

We are looking for a GameDev Tech Lead who is passionate about building efficient engineering systems and driving the technical evolution of our gaming platform.

The iGaming market moves fast, and traditional development cycles are no longer enough. We’re looking for a Tech Lead who enjoys improving architecture, tooling, automation, and engineering processes to help us deliver high-quality games faster.

This is not a traditional GameDev Lead role restricted solely to front-end PixiJS development. We need a proactive engineering leader with a broad technical horizon who looks beyond a single technology stack, seeks to understand the entire ecosystem, and is eager to grow into a key technical partner for our tech leadership.

Career Path & Growth Trajectory

We view this role as a fast-track leadership trajectory. We expect the candidate’s responsibilities to evolve naturally over time:

Stage 1 (Months 1–3) - Onboarding & Delivery Optimization:

• Deep dive into the current game development setup, codebase, and team workflows.
• Lead and mentor existing game studio dev team team (2 Game Developers + 1 Server Developer) — more studious to come.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and introduce practical improvements and take ownership on end game technical production pipeline

Stage 2 (Months 3–6) - Platform Ownership & Strategic Partnership:

• Gradually take full technical ownership of our internal Remote Game Server (RGS), Game Development Kit (GDK).
• Become the right-hand partner to our Tech Leadership, actively contributing to high-level system design, system architecture, and tech strategy.

Stage 3 (6+ Months) - Engineering Expansion & Scaling:

• Extend technical influence across functions (optimizing workflows with Art, Math, QA, and Infrastructure teams).

• Help hire, onboard, and scale a high-performing engineering team as product output grows.

   

Key Responsibilities

Production Speed & Efficiency Champion:

• Continuously analyze and overhaul the game production lifecycle to achieve maximum speed without sacrificing quality.
• Eliminate operational bottlenecks and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Partner with Art, Math, and Infrastructure teams to streamline asset handoff and drastically shorten delivery cycles.

Technical Leadership & Platform Ownership:

• Take full technical ownership of our internal RGS, GDK, and overall game development architecture.
• Look beyond client-side code: dive into backend systems, game math, dev-tools, CI/CD, and QA workflows to unlock cross-functional optimizations.
• Maintain a bias-for-action mindset: execute fast, learn quickly from mistakes, iterate, and fix issues immediately (action over endless discussions).

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the core tech team, taking an individualized approach to performance, focus, and skill development.

• Set clear priorities, remove technical blockers, and build a high-performing team ready to scale.

   

Requirements:

Domain Expertise:

• Mandatory hands-on experience in Casino / iGaming game development (Slots, Crash/Table games, or iGaming framework engineering).

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong mastery of TypeScript, JavaScript, and PixiJS (or similar 2D web engines).
• Solid understanding of OOP, Data Structures, and System Architecture.
• Broad technical curiosity: ability and desire to work with Backend code, Game Math, DevTools, Version Control (Git), and Infrastructure/DevOps pipelines.
