Join a strategic digital transformation initiative for a leading Swiss enterprise, focused on expanding AI-driven capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The project centers on implementing Case Management and Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions while leveraging Now Assist (GenAI) to automate service desk operations, optimize business workflows, and improve user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, service desk teams, and solution architects to design and deliver intelligent.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Case Management and CSM solutions
• Configure and optimize Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities, including prompt engineering and AI use cases
• Develop workflow automation using Flow Designer, including approval process optimization
• Configure Virtual Agent and conversational AI solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Lead workshops and support AI use-case discovery and implementation
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications following platform best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution design discussions

• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Strong experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Case Management
• Experience configuring Now Assist (GenAI), AI prompts, and AI-driven workflows
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer and workflow automation
• Experience implementing Virtual Agent
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and gather functional requirements
• Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher

   

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Knowledge Management (Case-to-Knowledge)
• Experience with Employee Center and HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors integrations or HR transformation initiatives
• German language skills
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• CIS-CSM certification

• Now Assist / GenAI micro-certifications

Our platform enables end-to-end game delivery — from concept and production to integration and live operations — ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.

Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience as QA Engineer

— Understanding of QA methodologies;

— Be able to develop Test Plan, Check Lists;

— Be able to determinate and estimate testing level and scope;

— Good knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) especially web applications;

— Superb learning abilities.

Desirable Requirements:

— Experience with work SVN/GIT;

— Jira/Confluence would be a plus;

— Be familiar with web debugging tools (be able to check response, use web console);

— Experience with wrapper/hybrid apps would be a plus;

— Understanding of CI/CD principles.

Join a long-term enterprise transformation project for a leading Swiss organization focused on modernizing and optimizing its ServiceNow platform. The team is responsible for reducing a large legacy backlog, delivering complex platform enhancements, and implementing scalable ITSM solutions across multiple business units. You’ll work in an Agile (SAFe) environment, collaborating with architects, business analysts, and international stakeholders to improve platform stability, automation, and service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM and Platform solutions
• Implement and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Level Management (SLM) processes
• Develop scalable platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Analyze existing ServiceNow configurations, identify technical debt, and implement sustainable improvements
• Support CMDB/CSDM implementation and dependency mapping
• Deliver end-to-end technical solutions with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams during PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and solution design
• Participate in platform upgrades, release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Produce high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented solutions following ServiceNow best practices

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLM)
• Solid experience with ServiceNow Platform development
• Strong JavaScript scripting skills within the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Good understanding of CMDB and CSDM concepts
• Ability to analyze existing solutions, identify technical debt, and improve platform architecture
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
