We are looking for a strong Solution Architect to join a technically complex MedTech product with an on-premise setup, geospatial data processing, secure integrations, and web/mobile components.

This role is for someone who can see the full picture, make solid architecture decisions, and align business goals with scalable technical solutions.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end architecture across backend, frontend, mobile, data, and integrations
• Drive architecture decisions and improve system scalability, security, and maintainability
• Work closely with engineering, product, and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear technical solutions
• Support discovery, estimations, planning, and architecture reviews
• Help teams build clean, reliable, and production-ready systems

Must have

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect / Software Architect / Lead Engineer
• Solid background with PHP / Symfony
• Good experience with Python
• Strong understanding of React.js and modern frontend architecture
• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, SSO, RBAC
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, caching, and performance-oriented systems
• Experience with Docker and production environments
• Good understanding of secure and data-sensitive systems
• Ability to work in a complex architecture with multiple domains and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Migration Projects (Primary Focus):

◦ Lead the migration of critical platforms from PHP 7 to PHP 8.x and from PHP 8.1 to PHP 8.1+

◦ Perform code audits to identify and fix breaking changes (typing, deprecations).

◦ Ensure zero downtime and functional continuity during upgrades.

• Technical Support & Debugging:

◦ Investigate and resolve critical bugs

◦ Manage technical clarifications with external partners (ie. API integrations).

• Maintenance:

◦ Secure and stabilize existing production environments.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

• PHP Expertise: Strong mastery of PHP 7 & 8 (migration experience).

• Debugging: Ability to investigate complex legacy code without up-to-date documentation.

• Database: Proficient in MySQL/PostgreSQL.

• Mindset: Rigorous, autonomous, and focused on stability.

Nice to Have

• Drupal experience

• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD (for testing migrations).

• Familiarity with Symfony or custom legacy frameworks.

• Basic understanding of Node.js, though coding in it is not required

Dexis Development is expanding and looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter / HR Specialist to help scale our engineering teams across the UK, EU, Germany, and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing → screening → coordination)
• Search candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and communities
• Conduct initial interviews and prepare candidate summaries
• Maintain ATS, databases, and reports
• Support HR processes: onboarding, check-ins, feedback
• Help organize team events and internal communication

Requirements

• 0.5–1 years of experience in IT recruitment or HR
• Strong sourcing skills & understanding of tech roles
• Good communication and interviewing skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS
• English: Intermediate+
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

• Experience in outstaffing/outsourcing companies
• Basic understanding of PM/QA/Dev roles
• Knowledge of HR processes and documentation
• Ability to work with metrics and KPIs
