We are a leading Mobile app development agency looking for driven, and problem-solving Flutter Developer to join our remote team (FULLY REMOTE).

We're expanding quickly and seeking someone eager to grow alongside us. We're about results, not micromanaging, as long as you are meeting deadlines, you can organize your day as you please.

This is a small agency environment, so fast-paced, very flexible, high energy, young team of guys.

We are open to hire in a contract, part-time, or full-time role depending on what your preference is and what specific positions we currently have open.

We are focused on finding someone truly great at what they do, so our salary is above market rate, we want you to be well compensated.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Flutter with the ability to efficiently convert Figma designs and animations into high-quality code (IMPORTANT). Demonstrated experience in maintaining an organized code structure, implementing smooth interactions between components, and prioritizing User Experience (UX) in development.
• Can show examples of previous work on top-tier apps and solving complex problems.

Soft Skills:

• (IMPORTANT) Go the extra mile. Not just be a robot and execute on exactly what was assigned but go above and beyond and truly make sure the UX, the logic, the features, the functionality is top-notch and works perfectly.
• (IMPORTANT) Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work. Strives for perfection in their craft and displays genuine care for the projects and potential challenges that may arise with clients.
• We have technical knowledge requirements for this job but the fact of the matter is that we only work with great people, with A players, those who energize you through their attitude and character. Positive, patient, and genuine.
• Proficiency in written communication in English and Good verbal communication in English.
• Thorough and diligent in code testing to ensure robust and error-free implementations. When we push code, it works.
