• 1+ year of experience testing websites
• Strong understanding of web basics (HTML/CSS, responsiveness, forms, UI behavior)
• Experience working across multiple projects and switching between them is a plus.
• Ability to write bug reports and test cases (any format)
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Experience with WordPress or Webflow is a plus

Position Overview

We are seeking a Web Developer with diverse web development experience. This role requires proficiency across WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and ideally React. 
You will develop, customize, and maintain websites for our clients, collaborating closely with design and development teams to create functional and high-performing websites. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and custom frameworks
• Collaborate with designers and other developers
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and responsiveness across devices
• Troubleshoot issues, debug, and implement fixes across platforms
• Ensure websites follow best practices for SEO, accessibility, and performance
   

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with portfolio examples of websites built on WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
• Understanding of CMS platforms, e-commerce, and front-end frameworks
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment

• Convert lead conversations into booked calls/meetings for Sales Managers
• Create and send personalized follow-up messages
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to improve scripts and messaging
• Handle basic objections during early-stage conversations
• Test new outreach approaches, messaging angles, and hypotheses
