What You’ll Do- Search for candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Write friendly and engaging messages to potential candidates
- Keep our candidate database up to date
- Schedule calls and follow up with applicants
Requirements- Some experience (or strong interest) in sourcing/recruitment, especially via LinkedIn
- Good communication skills in English & Ukrainian
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to Have- Previous experience in sourcing/recruitment
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
We Offer- Up to $500/month
