We are looking for an experienced AEP / AJO Engineer / Developer / Specialist / Consultant to join our team and work on customer data and real-time personalization solutions for international clients.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, marketing technology, and customer experience, with a strong focus on building and maintaining data flows and activating data through journeys.

You will be working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data ingestion pipelines (batch & streaming) into AEP
• Configure and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, and identity resolution
• Work with Real-Time Customer Profile and ensure data consistency across sources
• Build and optimize audiences and segmentation logic
• Implement and maintain event-driven customer journeys in AJO
• Integrate AEP with external systems via REST APIs and streaming mechanisms
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flows, latency, and activation
• Collaborate with data, marketing, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AEP and AJO
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, streaming, pipelines)
• Experience with data modeling (preferably XDM or similar schema systems)
• Solid SQL skills (data validation, segmentation logic, troubleshooting)
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, and integrations
• Understanding of event-driven architectures

Nice to have

• Experience with:
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Adobe Target
  • Adobe Campaign
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with tag management tools like Adobe Launch
• Experience with other CDPs (e.g. Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices
• Design and document business processes, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and drive alignment on requirements and priorities
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure proper solution implementation
• Support and lead UAT processes, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Analyze and improve existing processes, identifying optimization opportunities
• Participate in demos, presentations, and client communication

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Process Consultant
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (any core modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and process design
• Understanding of ITSM / ITIL best practices
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio (or similar)
• Upper-Intermediate+ English

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow implementations
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS)
• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server is a plus)
• Understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate+ English
