In our niche, mass spam simply doesn’t work — success comes from smart account research, deep personalization, and building relationships with senior decision-makers.

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Specialist (4+ years of experience) to join our outbound growth team.

In this role, you won’t be isolated: you will work in close day-to-day collaboration with our lead gen, marketing, and leadership team. While together we're testing hypotheses, refine messaging, and build pipeline, it is you who take practical ownership of researching accounts, running outreach, and booking intro calls for the leadership team.

What You’ll Do

Account-Based Research: Map buying centers within target Enterprise companies and identify key Decision Makers.
Personalized Outreach: Craft and run tailored, high-converting sequences across LinkedIn and Cold Email.
Campaign & Tool Management: Set up and manage your outbound stack (Sales Navigator, Linked Helper, Apollo, Instantly).
Lead Qualification & Booking: Engage with responses, handle initial objections, qualify leads against enterprise criteria, and schedule intro calls for company founders.
CRM Discipline: Keep Pipedrive organized, accurately tracking interactions, deal stages, and analytics.

What We Expect

4+ years of hands-on outbound experience in B2B IT (Custom Software, High-Ticket Outsource/Outstaff).
Track record of targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in Tier-1 markets (US, UK, Western Europe).
Strong command of modern outbound tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Linked Helper, Instantly, and Pipedrive.
Deep understanding of ABM principles and account mapping.
English: B2+ to C1 with sharp, concise business writing.
100% hands-on mindset: self-starter, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for task lists.

Nice to Have

Experience with large projects ($50-100K+ budgets)
Upwork / freelance platform lead gen experience in B2B IT
Familiarity with enterprise ecosystems (Adobe Experience Cloud / AEM, etc.)
Experience reviewing peers' work or coaching (growth potential toward future team lead)
