We operate in ed-tech, helping hundreds of thousands of students with academic needs. Our platform offers academic paper writing services, allowing clients to select work types, set requirements, and communicate directly with authors. Weβre continuously expanding our productβs functionality to enhance customer experience and improve financial results.
We are looking for you if you have:- Proven experience in behavioral analytics, data analysis, and data visualization (3+ years)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis
Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Integration:
Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure the proper collection and integration of user behavior data
Behavioral Analysis:
Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to analyze user behavior patterns and trends. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure user engagement and satisfaction.
Investigate and present findings related to user adoption, retention, and conversion rates.
Product Improvemenat:
Work closely with product managers and developers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on user behavior insights. Provide data-driven recommendations for new features, enhancements, and A/B tests.
Data Visualization:
Create clear and concise visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Implement automated monitoring systems to track real-time user behavior and provide timely reports on key metrics.
User Segmentation:
Segment users based on their behavior and preferences to support targeted marketing and product personalization efforts.
Hypothesis Testing:
Develop and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate the impact of changes on user behavior.

No. Our company was founded in 2014, and even then, we understood that Russia is an aggressor country, and we do not want to have any relations with it.
