DevCom is looking for a Trainee Project Coordinator who can work in the Lviv office of the company!

We are looking for candidate with a confident spoken level of English (B2 or higher), a foundational understanding of project management, and a strong desire to grow professionally.

Work mode: Full-time, hybrid — with the possibility to visit our Lviv office.

Requirements and skills:

• Upper-intermediate English level (B2) or higher, with strong verbal and written communication skills!
• Living in Lviv (ability to work in office)
• Completed courses in Project Management
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Project Management
• Familiarity with PM documentation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
• Experience with tools like Google spreadsheet, Google Calendar, or similar
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Previous commercial experience in any field
• Previous experience utilizing AI tools, like ChatGPT, Fireflies, Gama, etc. , or similar

Would be a plus:

• Work experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Support Manager
• Familiar with ClickUp
