About the Company:

We are a product company with 4 years of history, building a modern gaming platform that powers both our own brands and client projects in the iGaming space. Responsibilities:

• Build and scale a high-performing affiliate network;
• Negotiate and close deals across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models;
• Monitor traffic quality and stay ahead of fraud;
• Track channel performance and report on key metrics;
• Represent the company at top international iGaming conferences.
   

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as an iGaming Affiliate Manager;
• Hands-on experience with Tier-1 markets (Germany, Australia);
• A strong personal network of affiliates and media buying contacts;
• Sharp negotiation skills and a proven ability to close;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

We are currently growing rapidly and are looking for an Operations Manager to help build and optimize the company’s internal processes.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and improve the company’s business processes.
• Analyze and optimize existing operational processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and establish effective collaboration between departments.
• Participate in scaling the company’s operational activities.
• Monitor process execution and propose solutions to increase efficiency.
• Work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new tasks.
   

Requirements:

• Experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in the iGaming / gambling industry is required.
• Experience in building and optimizing business processes.
• Project management skills and the ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Systemic thinking, initiative, and a high level of self-organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• English-at least Upper-Intermediate (B2).
• Candidate must be located in Cyprus / based in Cyprus.
