About the Company:

DevCasi is a product company with 4 years of history. We have built a modern gaming platform and work with both our own brands and client projects in the iGaming space. We operate in Tier-1 markets (Australia and Germany) - where high standards for product quality, compliance, and user experience are non-negotiable.
 

Responsibilities

• Defining product vision and participating in strategic planning;
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks;
• Launching features: from hypothesis to measurable result;
• Designing betting, bonus, and loyalty mechanics;
• Creating and optimizing Customer Journey Maps and user scenarios;
• Analyzing key metrics: LTV, ARPPU, Retention, Churn;
• Running A/B tests and validating hypotheses;
• Researching markets, competitors, and user behavior - with a focus on Australia and Germany;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: development, design, analytics.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in iGaming - required;
• Proven experience working with the Australian and/or German iGaming markets - understanding of local regulations, user behavior, and competitive landscape;
• Deep understanding of iGaming products and user goals;
• Solid grasp of product analytics, platform architecture, and system design principles;
• Experience with strategic planning and backlog management;
• Skills in creating and implementing CJMs and user scenarios;
• Strong analytical mindset and product thinking;
• Leadership qualities, results-driven approach;
• Experience working with development teams: involvement in product logic, task decomposition, and writing technical specifications;
• English B1+.
